Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 방향족 폴리에테르케톤 기체 분리 막 및 기체상 혼합물에서 하나 이상의 기체를 분리하는데 상기 막을 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 폴리에테르케톤은 2,6-디할로벤조페논, 바람직하게 2,6-디플루오로 벤조페논으로 형성된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 2,6-디할로벤조페논 및 방향족 디올에서 유도된 하나 이상의 단위를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 기체 분리막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2,6-디할로벤조페논이 2,6-디플루오로벤조페논인 기체 분리 막.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 4,4'-디플루오로벤조페논, 4,4-디플루오로디페닐설폰, 1-3-비스(4-플루오로벤조일)벤젠 또는 이의 혼합물에서 유도된 하나 이상의 단위를 부가로 포함하는 기체 분리 막.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 3,3'-디-t-부틸-4,4'-디히드록시 비페닐; 4,4'-디히드록시 -3,3',5,5'-테트라메틸비페닐;4,4'-디히드록시-2,2',3,3',5,5'-헥사메틸 비페닐, 테트라메틸 비스페놀 F 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 방향족 디올에서 유도된 기체 분리 막.
  5. 기체상 혼합물을 제1항의 기체 분리 막의 제1면과 접촉시켜서 상기 기체상 혼합물의 일부를 상기 분리막을 통해 투과면으로 통과시키는 것을 포함하고, 투과 면상의 기체상 혼합물은 제1면 상의 혼합물에 비해 하나 이상의 성분이 농축되는, 기체상 혼합물에서 하나 이상의 기체를 분리하는 방법.
