Abstract

본 발명은 복합제산제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콜로이드성 인산알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘 및 시메치콘을 주성분으로 하고, 점증 및 안정화제로서 한천, 펙틴 및 크산탄검을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 제산제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 유통 보존시에 제제의 충분리가 생기지 않고 장기 복용에 따른 변비등의 부작용이 없으며, 제산력이 우수하여 위궤양 및 위점막 출혈에 대한 치료효과를 나타냄은 물론, 위장관내 이상 발효로 발생되는 기포를 신속히 제거할 수 있는 복합제산제 조성물을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 콜로이드성 인산알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘 및 시메치콘을 주성분으로 하고, 점증 및 안정화제로서 한천, 펙틴 및 크산탄검을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 제산제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콜로이드성 인산알루미늄을 10내지 20중량부, 수산화마그네슘을 1내지 4중량부, 시메치콘을 0.1내지0.8중량부의 상대비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합제산제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 0.2내지 1.0중량부, 펙틴을 0.2내지 1.0중량부, 크산탄검을 0.05내지 0.15중량부의 상대비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합제산제 조성물.
