Abstract

누설자속을 줄여 출력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자가 개시되는바, 이는 중앙에 축이 형성되고, 방사상으로 돌기가 형성된 내부코어와, 상기 내부코어의 외주면에 부착되는 영구자석과, 상기 영구자석이 이탈되지 않도록 양끝단이 돌기가 형성 외부코어 및 상기 내부코어와 외부코어를 연결하기 위한 연결부재를 구비하여 영구자석의 누설자속을 저감시켜 전동기의 출력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자에 관한 것이다.
또한, 영구자석의 형상을 사다리꼴로 형성하여 영구자석의 극호을 크게 함으로써, 동일체적의 전동기에비해 출력을 향상시킬수 있도록 한 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 영구자석을 회전자에 착자한 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자에 있어서, 중앙에 축이 형성되고 방사상으로 돌기가 형성된 내부코어와, 상기 내부코어의 외주면에 부착되는 영구자석과, 상기 영구자석이 이탈되지 않도록 양끝단에 돌기가 형성된 외부코어 및, 상기 내부코어와 외부코어를 연결하기 위한 연결부재가 구비된 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영구자석은 누설자속을 줄이고 극호각을 향상시키기 위하여 사다리꼴로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는, 상기 내측코어와 외측코어를 연결하기위해 알루미늄으로 다이케스팅함을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자.
