어(魚)상자

본 고안은 생선 운반 및 저장용 어(魚)상자에 관한 것이다.
어류 적재용 어상자는 고기와 함께 얼음을 채워 넣어 상자들을 적층함으로서 대량의 생선을 보관 및 운반할 수 있는 것이다. 일반적으로 어상자는 나무판재로 만든 것을 사용하거나 최근에는 합성수지제로 된 것을 사용하는데, 이들은 얼음이 녹은 물을 배수하기 위한 배수공이 형성되어 있으나 합성수지제의 경우 열수축에 의한 변형으로 상자 바닥면이 블록해짐으로써 얼음물이 바닥면의 주연부에 고이게 되는 폐단이 발생하였으며 합성수지제로 제조된 까닭에 매우 약한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 상자의 사방 모서리에 보강부를 형성하고, 물이 잘 빠지도록 사방 모서리 및 바닥면 가장자리 주연부에 장공 및 그루브를 형성하며, 합성수지제의 변형 또는 연성을 보완하기 위해 보강살을 입설함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 고안 어상자에 대해 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제1도에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 어상자는 장방향 상자의 바닥면에 다수개의 장공(1)을 규칙적으로 배설하고, 바닥면의 사방 모서리부와 길이 방향 주연부에 각각 배수구(7)를 찬설하며, 바닥면의 가장자리를 따라 상기 배수구를 통과하는 그루브(9)를 형성하고, 상자의 저면과 외측벽에 보강살(10)을 돌설하되, 저면부의 보강살은 마찰 면적을 넓히기 위해 상기 그루브(9)와 같은 높이로 돌설하며, 상자의 굽힘 강도를 보강하기 위해 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이 사방 모서리부에 각각 하향 개방된 보강홈(12)을 형성하고, 생선을 대량으로 운반하거나 보관할 때, 견고하게 적재할 수 있도록 상자 저면의 사방 주연을 따라 단턱(14)을 형성된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 어상자에 있어서, 상기 그루브와 보강살의 높이를 같게 하여 바닥에 접하는 면적을 넓힘으로써 적층시 혹은 차량 운반시 미끄럼을 방지하고, 상기 배수구 및 그루브는 얼음물이 상자의 최가장자리로 모여 배수되지 못한 채 고여 있음으로써 생선의 신선도가 떨어지는 것을 방지하고자 상기 그루브를 통해 얼음물이 흘러나가도록 유도한다.
본 고안의 어상자는 상기 보강살에 의해 내구성 및 휨강도가 보강되고, 합성수지제로 만들기 때문에 변형이 일어나 상자 바닥면에 가장자리로 얼음물이 몰린다 하더라도 바닥면의 주연부에 천설된 그루브와 배수구를 통해 흘러나가므로 생선의 부패를 막을 뿐만 아니라 적재 및 운반이 매우 편리한 구조로 되어 있다.

  1. 장방형 상장의 바닥면에 다수개의 장공(1)을 규칙적으로 배설하고, 측벽 및 저면에 보강살(10)을 형성한 어(魚)상자에 있어서, 상자 바닥면의 사방 모서리부와 길이 방향 주연부에 각각 배수구(7)를 천설하며, 바닥면의 가장자리를 따라 상기 배수구(7)를 통과하는 그루브(9)를 형성하고, 상기 저면부의 보강살(10)은 상기 그루브와 높이가 같게 형성하며, 사방 모서리부에 각각 하향 개방된 보강홈(12)을 입설하고, 상자 저면의 사방 주연을 따라 단턱(14)을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 어상자.
