Abstract

섬유질, 실리카, 발포제등을 선택적으로 사용하는 스노우 타이어 트레드 고무 조성물에 저유리 전이온도의 부타디엔 고무와 카본블랙 공정유 및 기타 첨가제를 혼합, 가류, 분쇄한 미세 연질 분쇄들을 첨가하여 스노우 타이어 트레드 고부 조성물을 제조함으로서 그 조성물에 의한 타이어의 내마모성 향상, 유연성부여, 빙성노면과의 접지력 등을 향상시키고저 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 섬유질, 실리카, 발포제등을 선택적으로 혼합하여 사용하는 스노우 타이어 트레드고무 조성물에 있어서, 저 유리전이온도(Low Tg)고무 100-300중량부에 카본블랙 50-100중량부, 공정유 70-80중량부와 기타 공지의 첨가제를 혼합하여 가류시킨 후 분쇄한 미세연질 분쇄물 5-50중량부를 상기 트레드 고무조성물에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 스터드레스 스노우 타이어의 트레드용 고무조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저 유리전이온도 고무로는 시스함량이 높은 부타디엔 고무로 함을 특징으로 하는 스터드레스 스노우 타이어의 트레드용 고무조성물.
  3. 제1항의 트레드 고무 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 타이어.
