Abstract
최소 두개의 제1반응기를 갖으며 평균입자 직경이 약 120㎚ 이상인 에멀젼-중합된 부가중합체 혹은 다단계 에멀젼-중합된 부가중합체 및 최소 두개의 반응기를 갖는 반응 조절체;를 함유하는 투명한 조성물을 형성하고, 이를 기질에 분무 적용하고; 경화시키는 분무-적용된 투명한 수용성 열경화 조성물에서 미세기포의 양을 감소시키는 방법이 제공된다. 또한, 이와같이 분무-적용된 투명한 조성물을 갖는 기질이 제공된다.

Claims (7)
- 최소 두개의 제1반응기를 갖으며, 평균입자 직경이 약 120㎚ 이상인 에멀젼-부가중합체;및 상기 제1반응기의 반응하는 최소 두개의 제2반응기를 갖는 반응 조절체;를 포함하는 투명한 수용성 열경화 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 상기 열경화 조성물을 분무법으로 기질에 적용하는 단계; 및 상기 열경화 조성물을 경화시키는 단계;를 포함하는 분무-적용된 투명한 수용성 열경화 조성물에서 미세기포의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼-중합된 부가 중합체의 GPC 중량평균 분자량은 약 10,000-150,000임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼-중합된 부가중합체는 내부상과 외부상을 갖는 다단계 에멀젼-중합된 부가중합체 입자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼-중합된 부가중합체이 평균입자 직경은 약 120-200㎚ 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1반응기는 히드록시기, 아세토아세테이트기 및 아미노기로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 제2반응기는 이소시아네이트기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1반응기는 카르복시산기이며; 상기 제2반응기는 카르보디이미드기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
