본 발명은 세라믹 분체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 분말상의 기본 세라믹 조성물, 용매 및 계면활성제를 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 공정; 부가 금속원소를 함유한 적어도 1종 불포화 지방산 염을 상기한 슬러리에 첨가하는 공정; 중합 개시제를 사용하여, 상기한 적어도 1종의 불포화 지방산 염을 중합반응시킴으로써 상기한 적어도 1종의 불포화 지방산 염의 중합체를 형성하는 공정; 얻은 슬러리를 건조시켜, 상기한 기본 세라믹 조성물의 입차 표면에 얻은 중합체 피막을 형성하는 공정; 및 상기한 기본 세라믹 조성물의 피복 분말을 소결하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 세라믹 분체를 제공할 후 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기의 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법; 분말상의 기본 세라믹 조성물, 용매 및 계면활성제를 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 공정; 부가 금속원소를 함유한 적어도 1종의 불포화 지방산 염을 상기한 슬러리에 첨가하는 공정; 중합 개시제를 사용하여, 상기한 적어도 1종의 불포화 지방산 염을 중합반응시킴으로써 상기한 적어도 1종의 불포화 지방산 염의 중합체를 형성하는 공정; 얻은 슬러리를 건조시켜, 상기한 기본 세라믹 조성물의 입차 표면에 얻은 중합체 피막을 형성하는 공정; 및 상기한 기본 세라믹 조성물의 피복 분말을 소결하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 계면활성제는 이온성 계면활성제, 비이온성 계면활성제 및 양쪽성 계면활성제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 용매는 100℃ 이상의 비점을 갖고 있는 물 또는 유기 용매임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 1종의 지방산 염의 중합체는, 중합 개시제로서 유기 괴산화물을 사용한 라디칼 반응에 의해 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 1종의 지방산 염의 중합체는, 소결공정에서, 기본 세라믹 조성물에 대한 소결 촉진자(sintering promter)로서 작용하는 유리질 성분을 형성할 수 있는 화합물을 적어도 1종 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 1종의 지방산 염의 중합체는, 소결공정에서, 기본 세라믹 조성물과의 반응에 의해 이층 구조(double-layered structure)로서 작용하는 유리질 성분을 형성할 수 있는 화합물을 적어도 1종 포함함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 분체의 제조방법.
