Abstract

본 발명은 광로를 일정량 만큼씩 다단계로 조절하기에 적합한 광로 조절 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 기술에 있어서는 세라믹으로 이루어진 변형부는 인가되는 신호의 크기에 따라 변형되므로써 변형을 원하는 만큼씩 단계적으로 정확하게 이루어지도록 하기가 매우 어려웠으나, 본 발명에서는 제1-제3신호 전극(12-14)등 신호전극을 다수개 형성하여 각 신호 전극(12-14)에 신호를 선택적으로 인가함으로써 거울(24)의 경사를 정확하면서도 다수의 경우로 동작시킬 수 있으므로 상기 결점을 개선시킬 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an optical path adjusting apparatus suitable for adjusting the optical path by a predetermined amount in multiple stages.
