Abstract
본 발명은 광로 조절 장치의 광 효율을 높이기에 적합한 투사형 화상 표시 장치의 광로 조절 장치 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 제1도의 경우, 구동시, 거울 기능을 겸하는 바이어스 전극(7)표면이 휘어지게 되므로 광 효율이 저하했으며, 제2도의 경우, 구조가 다수의 층으로 이루어지기 때문에 제조하기가 어렵고 구조가 불안정하였으나, 본 발명에서는 제3도의 경우, 구동시, 신호 전극(24) 좌측 끝 부분에서 변형이 발생하므로써 그 좌측 이상의 부분에 해당하는 바이어스 전극(26)은 곡면없이 경사지므로 광 효율이 높아지며, 제4도의 경우, 구동시, 바이어스 전극(35) 좌측 끝 부분에서 변형이 발생하므로써 그 좌측 이상의 부분에 해당하는 거울(37)은 곡면없이 경사지므로 광 효율이 높아져 즉, 변형 부분을 좁게하고 거울 부분(26)(37)을 넓게하면 광 효율이 더욱 증가하므로 상기 결점을 개선시킬 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an optical path adjusting device structure of a projection type image display device suitable for increasing the light efficiency of the optical path adjusting device.
