Description

Manufacturing method of interior and exterior board

The present invention is a manufacturing method of the plate used mainly in the interior and wall panels of the interior of the building and the external wall panel, especially for the use of the ceiling panel for the bath and the corrosion problem is exposed to a lot of moisture, mainly for use in the wall panel of the prefabricated building It is a manufacturing method of plate.

Conventionally, steel and wood boards and texes are used as interior and exterior boards, but they are usually made of a single component material, which is suitable for a complex environment, for example, resistant to moisture, impact, corrosion, deformation, insects, etc. It was difficult to obtain a plate. In addition, the conventional plate material is expensive because the production cost is high, thereby increasing the cost per building cost. In the case of the steel plate, the weight of the product is heavy during construction, and thus the work is not easy, and the screw fastening part is easy to be corroded. Instead of this convenience, there is a high risk of breakage during transportation and it easily rots when moisture penetrates, making it difficult to use and store in a humid place. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a plate material of excellent material resistant to economics and various conditions, that is, corrosion, wet, impact, etc., while reducing environmental pollution by recycling the fibers that are wastes which are currently landfilled or incinerated.

Such a configuration of the present invention is to put a variety of waste fibers in the pulverizer and finely pulverized and put them in a stirrer and mixed with the vinyl acetate resin and the mixed fibers and vinyl acetate resin through the primary roller to smooth the surface After drying about 70 ~ 80% in the back drying chamber and compressing it by passing through the secondary roller again, it becomes flat and solid plate shape and exits the roller and put it back into the drying chamber and completely dry it. It is made by coating the film with a liquid melted coating plastic raw material on the surface.

The waste fibers collected for mixing the vinyl acetate resin with the crushed pieces of fiber during the process are a mixture of cotton, hemp, wool, and synthetic resin fibers such as nylon, so that synthetic resin fibers such as nylon Melted by heat and bonded to each other, but the other fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, etc. are not melted, so they do not melt and get tangled together, so vinyl acetate resin helps to bond with these fibers. Therefore, the fibers containing less synthetic resin fibers are mixed with the vinyl acetate resin, so that they can be formed into a plate by simply compressing them without heating the secondary roller. On the other hand, in the case of fibers containing synthetic resin fibers, the synthetic resin component is melted by a heated roller when passing through the secondary roller without being mixed with the vinyl acetate resin, thereby making the bond itself. At this time, the temperature of the secondary roller is appropriately heated to about 750 ℃. Therefore, the amount of vinyl acetate resin and whether or not the secondary roller is heated depends on how much the waste fibers contain synthetic fiber components. There may be many kinds of materials having a function similar to that of vinyl acetate resin to play such a role, but it is difficult to enumerate them one by one, and the present invention describes a vinyl acetate resin as a material intended to bind each fiber. I will understand that.

Coating the raw material for coating melted in the plastic melting furnace on the surface of the plate and the surface formed in this way to prevent the insects from formatting and rot, and to change the gloss and color. When mixed and coated, it is possible to obtain a nonflammable plate by coating the plate with a unique property, for example, a nonflammable material.

Thus, the waste material is recycled waste fabric to produce a plate material, it is excellent in heat insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, but also has a great effect on preventing environmental pollution. In addition, by recycling waste materials, it is economical and can reduce construction costs. Since fibers are made of fibers, the fibers are bonded to each other to have unique toughness, which is much stronger than a single material, and it is light and stretchy. It is not easy to work and has an effect of improving work efficiency. In addition, since it is possible to obtain a plate of various shapes with strong moisture resistance and no fear of corrosion, it is possible to provide a board for building interior and exterior with high preference for users with a wide range of use and beautiful appearance.
