Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스테르칩의 이송라인에서 발행한 백분을 제거하는 방법임.
종래의 발법은 이송라인에 단순하게 질소가스나 공기를 취부시키는 정도였으므로 백분을 만족스럽게 제거하는데는 미흡하였다.
본 발명은 폴리에스테르칩을 메탄올, 또는 메탄올+CHCl3의 혼합용매에 침지시킨 다음 질소가스나 청정공기를 취부하거나 또는 교반하여서 백분은 처리액의 표층부에 모이게 하고 칩은 침전도록 한 다음에 침전된 칩만을 인출하여 건조시키는 방법임.
본 발명은 백분제거율이 90%정도 이면서 칩을 거의 손상시키지 않는다.

Claims (4)
- 백분이 포함된 폴리에스테칩을 메탄올, 또는 메탄올과 클로로포름(CHCl3)의 혼합용매에 침지한 후 불활성기체를 취부하거나 교반하여서 폴리에스테르칩은 침전시키고 백분을 상등액으로 분리시킨 다음에 폴리에스테르칩을 인출하여 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르칩의 백분 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성기체는 질소가스 또는 청정공기임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르칩의 백분 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르칩 1kg당 10ℓ의 용매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르칩의 백분 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합용매는 매탄올 : 클로로포름=1 : 2(부피비)임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르칩의 백분 제거방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
