Abstract
본 발명은 인간 인슐린 유사체 착화합물 및 배합물을 개시한다. 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 하기를 포함하는 다양한 비경구 배합물에 관한 것이다. 육량체 구조의 인간 인슐린 유사체, 아연 이온, 및 m-크레졸, 페놀, 또는 m-크레졸과 페놀의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 3 분사 이상의 페놀성 유도테 상기 배합물은 작용의 신속한 개시를 제공한다.

Claims (28)
- (a)액상의 올레핀 불포화 치환체 하나 이상을 갖는 시클로펜타디에닐-유형 리간드 하나 이상을 갖는 메틸로센 하나 이상 및 유기 알루미녹산을 합하여 액상 촉매계를 형성하고, (b)상기 액상 촉매계의 존재하에 하나이상의 올레핀의 전중합을 수행하여 전중합된 고체 촉매를 생성하고, (c)액체내에 용해된 성분 및 액체로부터 결과생성된 고형분을 분리시키는 것으로 구성되는 고체 메탈로센-함유 촉매계 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 이어서, 액상 촉매계를 형성하는 데 사용된 액체가 방향족 용매인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 용매가 톨루엔인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에 사용된 액체가 본질적으로 상기 방향족 용매로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체를 단계 (c)에서의 액체로부터 분리시킨 후에 고체를 건조시켜 실질적으로 모든 액체를 제거시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고체를 여과에 의해 단계 (c)의 액체로부터 분리시키고 회수된 고체를 탄화수소로써 세척한 다음 세척된 고체를 건조시키는 방법.
