제4도에서 8은 상부고정지그, 9는 하부고정지그이다. 상부고정지그(8)와 하부고정지그(9)는 하나의 관재(P) 고정지그를 형성하게 되는데 상부고정지그(8)와 하부고정지그(9)에는 관재(P)를 고정시키는 지그홈(8',9')이 각각의 지그에 형성되어 있어서 가공시에 관재 (P)의 슬립을 방지하여 준다. 상부고정지그(8)와 하부고정지그(9)는 각각 탈착이 용이하도록 구성되어서 반복적인 가공이 가능하게 한다. 지그의 사용은 대량생산에 있어서 경제성을 보장하여 주므로 상기와 같은 응축기부품의 가공에 대단히 유용하다. 상하부고정지그(8,9)에는 다이공(10')이 형성되어 있어서 다이 (10)가 가이드되도록 한다. 물론 이 상,하부고정지그(8,9)가 구성하는 다이공(10')은 경면처리되어 반복가공에 의한 마모가 적게 한다.In FIG. 4, 8 is an upper fixing jig, and 9 is a lower fixing jig.
