Abstract

본 발명은 HIC인쇄용 자동 스크리인 프린터 장치에 관한 것으로. 프린트판(1)이 다수개의 스퀴즈칸(2)으로 구획지워지고 상기 프린트판(1)의 아래에는 수평이동과 그 자리에서의 회전 (자선)이 자유롭게 제어되는 HIC안내 유도기구(19)가 설치되어, 상기 개개의 스퀴즈칸에서 단계별로 이루어지는 프린트 작업이 상기 안내유도기구(19)에 의해 안내되면서 이루어지도록 함으로써, 소량의 HIC를 제조하는 경우에도 비용이 비싸지 않고 값싸게 제조할 수 있게 한다. (대표도면 :제1도)

Claims (5)

  1. HIC를 생산하는 자동 스크리인 프린터에 있어서, 프린트판(1)이 도료칸막이(2)에 의해 다수개의 스퀴즈칸으로 구획 지워지고, 상기 각 스퀴즈칸에는 각 인쇄 단계별에 따른 마스크(15-18)와 스퀴저(7-10)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 프린트판(1)의 아래에는 HIC를 안내 이동시켜 주기 위한 HIC안내유도기구(19)가 설치되로 HIC를 1대의 프린트기에서 각 단계별로 이동시키면서 순차적으로 인쇄가 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 HIC인쇄용 자동 스크리인 프린트 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스퀴즈칸이 4개의 칸으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 HIC인쇄용 자동 스크리인 프린터장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스퀴즈칸이 9개의 칸으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 HIC인쇄용 자동 스크리인 프린터장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HIC 안내유도기구(19)가 수평 이동은 물론 그 자리에서의 회전(자전)이 자유롭게 이루어져, HIC수평이동과 자전을 필요에 선택적으로 제어할 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 HIC 인쇄용 자동 스크리인 프린터 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 스퀴즈칸에서 사용하는 인제용 도료가 각각 수백, 수천, 수만, 수십만의 전기적 저항을 갖는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 HIC 인쇄용 자동스크리인 프린터장치.
