Abstract

친수성 콘택트 렌즈를 성형하는 방법은 용매와 혼합된 친수성 단량체를 포함하는 렌즈 형성액을 제공하는 단계 및 2개의 금형 부분들 사이의 액체를 중합하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 개선은 약 100통이하의 온도에서 증발시켜 용매를 충분히 제거하는 것이다.

친수성 콘택트 렌즈의 성형방법(Method for molding a hydrophilic contace lens)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 짜 맞추기 전, 본 발명을 수행하는데 적합한 2개의 금형 부분을 나타낸 것이고,
제2도는 콘택트-렌즈-조형강을 형성시키기 위해 짜 맞춘 제1도의 금형 부분들을 나타낸 것이고,
제3도는 열려져 있는 제2도의 금형 부분들과 본 방법으로 형성시킨 콘택트 렌즈를 나타낸 것이고,
제4도는 본 발명에 따라 형성시킨 콘택트 렌즈에 착색제를 도포하는 것을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 용매와 혼합된 친수성 단량체를 포함하는 렌즈 형성액을 제공하는 단계; 볼록한 렌즈 성형면을 갖는 제1금형 부분과 오목한 렌즈 성형면을 갖는 제2금형 부분을 제공하는 단계; 렌즈 형성 물질을 오목한 렌즈 성형면에 부착시키는 단계; 금형 부분들을 짜 맞추어 콘택트 렌즈 형성액으로 충전된 콘택트-렌즈-조형강을 형성시키는 단계 및 렌즈-형성액을 경화시켜 콘택트-렌즈-조형강속에 콘택트 렌즈를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고, 금형 부분들을 분리한 다음, 약 100℃이하의 온도에서 증발시켜 렌즈로부터 용매를 충분히 제거함을 특징으로 하여, 친수성 콘택트 렌즈를 성형하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증발 온도가 약 85℃이하인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 C1-5직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 일가 알콜, C3-5직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 케톤 및 C3-5사이클릭 에테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 용매가 C3-52차 또는 3차 알콜인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 이소프로판올인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콘택트 렌즈를 형성시키는 단계에 이어서, 렌즈의 표면에 착색제를 도포하는 단계를 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 착색제가 -NCO 및 에폭시로부터 선택되는 작용성 그룹을 하나 이상 갖는 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 책색제가 -NCO 그룹을 2개 이상 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 증발을 진공하에서 수행하는 방법.
