Abstract

하우징(1)을 가진 다기능 샤워헤드로서, 단단히 장착된 다공판(4) 및 회전 가능하게 장착된 스프레이 조절판(8)을 가지며, 스프레이 조절판(8)내에는 그물망 디스크(7)가 끼워지고, 조절링(6)이 스프레이 조절판(8)에 단단히 연결되어 있다. 하우징(1)과 다공판(4)사이에는 물이 유통되는 구멍(21)을 가진 배플판(2)이 있고 환형으로 배치된 방사상 판들(31)을 가진 이동휠(3), 유통 지역들(32) 및 폐쇄 지역들(32)이 있다. 스프레이 조절판(8)을 다공판(4)에 대하여 돌리며 이동휠(3)을 잠그거나 해제함으로써 다양한 스프레이 형태를 선택할 수 있다.

제2도 내지 제4도는 여러 가지 기능위치에서, 즉“니이들 스프레이”, “소프트 스프레이” 및 “맥동하는 마사지 스프레이”위치에서 샤워헤드의 횡 단면도를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하우징, 고정된 다공판, 회전가능한 스프레이 조절판, 상기 스프레이 조절판내에 삽입되어있는 그물망 디스크, 및 상기 스프레이 디스크에 단단히 연결된 조절링을 포함하는 다기능 샤워 헤드에 있어서, 하우징(1)과 다공판(4)사이에 구멍(21)을 갖춘 배플판(2), 및 환형으로 배치된 방사상 판들(31), 유통 지역들(32) 및 폐쇄지역들(33)을 갖춘 이동 휠(3)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배플판(2)내의 구멍(21)이 하우징(1)을 향한 외부면에 있는 유입구(22), 및 이동 휠(3)을 향한 외부면에서 원주 방향으로 상기 유입구(22)에 대해 변위된 유출구(23)사이에서 기울어지게 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 그물망 디스크(7)와 다공판(4)사이에는 상승링(5)이 제공되며, 상기 상승링(5)은 한 측면에 기울어진 칼라(51)를 갖추고 있고, 이 칼라(51)는 스프레이 조절판(8)또는 그물망 디스크(7)에서 마루(81)를 갖춘 환형 칼라(82)상에서 미끄러지며, 상기 상승링(5)은 다른 측면에 상승링(5)의 상승된 위치에서, 즉 기울어진 칼라(51)가 환형 칼라(82)의 마루(81)상에 놓일 때 이동휠(3)의 차단을 위한 핀(52)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상승링(5)의 핀(52)이 다공판(4)을 관통하고 상승링(5)의 상승된 위치에서 이동휠(3)에 접해 그것을 들어올리며, 이동휠(3)의 반대편 표면에는 기어림(34)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 기어림(34)은 배플관(2)에 제공된 기어림(24)내로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
  5. 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상승링(5)은 탄성의 방사상 돌출부(53)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 돌출부(53)의 외측 단부는 다공판(4)에 접하며 상기 돌출부(53)는 상승된 위치에서 탄성 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스프레이 조절판(8)에 대한 다공판(4)의 회전시 다공판(4)의 가이드를 위해 다공판(4)은 그것의 둘레에 가이드 칼라(41) 및 탄성적으로 고정된 돌출부(42)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 가이드 칼라(41)는 스프레이 조절판(8)내의 리세스(83)에서 이동하며, 상기 돌출부(42)는 스프레이 조절판(8)내의 노치(84)내에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로하는 다기능 샤워헤드.
