Abstract

소량으로 효과를 나타내고 쉽게 분해되어 상온에서 고체이고 경피 흡수되기 힘든 수용성 약물을 장기간 안정하게 보전할 수 있고, 피부에 적용시 약물을 높은 비율로 경피식으로 서서히 방출시킬 수 있는 경피 흡수 제제. 당해 제제는 약물이 혼입된 약물 저장층과 당해 약물 저장층의 약물 방출면을 피복하기 위한 약물 방출 제어막을 포함한다. 상기 층은 하기 일반식의 열감응성 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄으로부터 제조된다.
상기 식에서, A 및 B는 각각 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 테트라메틸렌 옥사이드 또는 1, 2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 중합체 또는 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체이고 ； R 및 R′는 각각 이들의 말단의 H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7또는 C4H9를 나타내고； A=B 또는 A≠B이고 ；R=R′ 또는 R=R′이며 ；F는 다이소시아네이트 화합물의 잔기이고； (U)는 우레탄 결합이며；하나 이상의 A 및 B는 친수성인 동시에 적어도 어느 하나가 사람의 피부 온도 근처에서 용융된다. 약물 방출 제어막은 가교결합된 젤라틴 상과 가교결합되지 않은 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄 상이 혼재되어 있는 상 분리막을 포함한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 약물을 함유하며 약물 방출 제어막(당해 막은 가교결합된 젤라틴 상과 가교 결합되지 않은 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄 상이 혼재되어 있는 상 분리막이다)으로 피복된 약물 방출면을 갖는 하기 일반식의 약을 저장층(당해 층은 기제로서 하기 일반식의 열감응성 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄을 포함한다)을 포함하는 경피 흡수 제제.
    상기식에서, A및 B는 각각 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드, 테트라메틸렌 옥사이드 또는 1,2-부틸렌 옥사이드의 중합체 또는 랜덤 또는 블럭 공중합체이고, A=B 이거나 A≠B이며; R및 R′는 각각 이들의 말단 H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7또는 C4H9이고 R=R′ 이거나R≠R′이며; F는 2개의 이소이아네이트 그룹을 제외한 디이소시아네이트 화합물의 잔기인 골격을 나타내고; (U)는 우레탄 결합이며; 하나 이상의 A 및 B는 친수성인 동시에, 하나 이상의 A 및 B는 사람의 피부 온도 근처(30 내지 40℃)에서 응용되는 특성을 갖는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 하나 이상의 A 및 B가 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체인 경피 흡수 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 A및 B중 하나가 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체이고 다른 하나가 테트라메틸렌 옥사이드 중합체인 경피 흡수 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 A 및 B중 하나가 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체이고 다른 하나가 부틸렌 옥사이드 중합체인 경피 흡수 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 A 및 B가 둘 다 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체인 경피 흡수 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 하나 이상의 A및 B가 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드와의 랜덤 또는 블럭 공중합체인 경피 횹수 제제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식에서 A 및 B중 하나가 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체이고 다른 하나가 에틸렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 옥사이드와의 랜덤 공중합체 또는 블럭 공중합체인 경피 흡수 제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥사이드 중합체의 수평균 분자량이 800내지 1,200인 경피 흡수 제제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 약물 저장층의 기재로서 작용하는 세그먼트화 폴리우레탄의 총 분자량이 수평균분자량으로서 1,000 내지 6,000인 경피 흡수 제제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 글리세린 및/또는 폴리글리세린이 약물 방출 제어막에 함유되어 있는 경피 흡수 제제.
