Abstract
본 발명은 종축(26)을 구비한 센서캐리어부재(40)를 갖춘 고온장치용 압력센서(12)를 장착하기 위한 어댑터(10)에 관한 것으로, 상기 캐리어부재(40)의 한쪽 축선단에 이 캐리어부재를 벽(16)의 홀(14)내에 밀봉되게 장착하기 위한 장착부재를 구비하고, 카스터빈벽(16)의 내부(20)로부터 캐리어부재(40) 안으로 압력유체를 유입하기위한 개구부를 구기한 홀(14)내에 캐리어부재의 선단면(36)이 위치하게 됨과 더불어 이 캐리어부재의 다른쪽 선단에는 압력센서(12)를 밀봉되게 장착하기 위한 요홈(30)을 구비하는 한편, 본 발명에 따른 어댑터는 종축(26)에 평행하게 캐리어부재(40)를 관통하여 연장되면서 튜브부재(16)의 한쪽선단은 요홈(30)과 유체결합되고, 튜브부재(16)의 다른쪽 선단은 개구부와 유체결합되어 상기 튜브부재(15)가 요홈(37)과 개구부를 결합하는 유체챈널(48)의 적어도 일부를 형성하게 되는 바, 본 발명에 따른 어댑터(10)는 압력센서를 냉각하면서 고진동변화를 측정할 수 있게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 가스터빈벽에 장착된 어댑터의 축방향 횡단면도,
제2도는 제1도에 II-II선 방사상 횡단면도,
제3도는 측정된 압력 변화의 진동수와 센서시스날의 관계를 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (19)
- 한쪽 축선단에 벽(16)의 홀(14)내에 이를 밀봉되게 장착하기 위한 장착부재와, 가스터빈벽의 내부(20)로 부터 캐리어부재안으로 압력유체를 유입시키게 되는 개구부를 구비한 홀(14)내에 선단면(36) 및, 다른 축 선단에는 압력센서(12)를 밀봉되게 수용하는 요홈(30)을 구비하고서 종축(26)에 평행하게 연장된 튜브부재(42)를 구비하고 이 튜브부재의 한쪽선단은 상기 요홈(30)과 유체결합되고 이 튜브부재(42, 58)의 다른 쪽 선단은 상기 개구부와 유체결합되어 상기 튜브부재가 유체채널(48)의 적어도 일부를 형성하게 되는 한편, 이 유체챈널(48)이 요홈(30)과 개구부를 결합하도록 된 고온시스템의 하우징 벽(16)에 가스압력센서(12)를 장착하기 위한 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어부재(40)의 한쪽선단에 제 1나사선단부(28)가 구비되어 홀(14)내에 부착되고 상기 튜브뷰재(42, 58)가 튜브부재의 한쪽선단부내에서 제 1선단부내 고정되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어부재(40)의 다른쪽 선단에서 제 1선단부(28)에 효홈(32)이 구비되어 상기 튜브뷰재가 튜브부재의 다른쪽 선단부내에 제 2선단부에 고정되어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어부재(42)에 제 1선단부와 제 2선단부(24, 28)를 결합하는 중간부(46)를 구비하고, 이 중간부(46)는 튜브부재와 직접접속되지 않도록 된 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중간부(46)가 종축(26)을 따라 연장된 실린더축을 갖는 중공원통형샤프트로 형성되어지고, 상기 튜브부재는 원통형샤프트을 따라 튜브부재와 샤프트사이에 간격을 가지고 중간부(46)를 관통하여 연장되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트에 적어도 하나의 홀(50, 52)이 구비되어 냉각유체가 중공원통형샤프트 내·외로 유입될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트에 적어도 2개의 길다란 홀(50, 52)이 구비되고, 각 홀이 종축은 실린더축에 평행하게 연장되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중공원통형샤프트의 외직경(Dl)이 제2선단부(28)의 외직경(D3)의 2/3보다 크지 않도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제 1선단부(24)에 스크류공구로 결합하기 위한 다중 모서리부(24b)를 구비하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어부재(40)와 튜브부재가 강철합금부로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강철합금이 V4A 강철합금부으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브부재가 0.4mm에서 1.2mm 사이의 내부직경과 20mm에서 100mm 사이의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 내부직경이 약 1mm이 튜브의 길이는 약 50mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제12항에 있어서 상기 튜브벽의 두께가 0.2mm에서 0.8mm사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜브부재의 길이와 튜브부재의 내부 직경의 비가 20에서 80사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 길이와 내부직경의 비가 약 50 으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브부재의 제1선단에서 절대압력 P2와 튜브부재의 한쪽선단에서의 절대압력 Pl의 비가 P2/pl=a*fb*ef*c이고, 여기서 튜브부재의 한족선단에서의 압력 Pl이 이 튜브부재의 크기에 따른 상수 a와 b 및 c값과 진동수 f[Hz]와 함께 변화되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 a값이 0.416이고 b값은 -0.003이며, c값은 -0.000186으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터.
- 제1항에 따른 어댑터(10)와 이 어댑터(10)에 장착된 압전압력센서(12)를 구비관 가스터빈내에 다이나믹 압력 변화측정용 압력감지장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
