Abstract
코발트 및(또는) 니켈 기재 결합재 상 중에 경질의 성분을 함유하고 결합제 상이 풍부한 표면 영역을 갖는 경질체의 표면으로부터 결합체 상을 제거하는 방법을 개시한다. 400 내지 1500 메쉬의 크기를 갖는 입자들을 사용하여 블라스팅을 행함으로써, 코발트 층의 균일한 제거, 필수적으로 카아바이드 입자들의 무손상 및 합당한 블라스팅 시간의 바람직한 조합이 달성된다.

Claims (5)
- 400 내지 1500 메쉬의 크기를 갖는 입자들을 사용하여 결합제 상이 풍부한 표면 영역을 블라스팅(blasting)하는 것을 포함하는, 코발트 및(또는) 니켈 기재 결합제 상 중의 경질의 성분들을 함유하고 결합제 상이 풍부한 표면 영역을 갖는 경질체의 표면으로부터의 결합제 상의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 Al2O2, SiC, B4C 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 600 내지 1200 메쉬 크기의 Al2O2이고, 물이 블라스팅액으로 사용된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 블라스팅액 중에 함유되어 있고, 이 블라스팅액은 점도 상승제를 추가로 함유하는 것인 방법.
