Abstract

본 발명은 에폭시 수지 시스템을 위한 수용성 경화제에 관한 것으로서, 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기 위한 활성 아미노 그룹-딧플레잉 에폭사이드 부가물 경화제의 수용성 유탁액이며 물로 희석한 후 100%고체 물질하 계산된 아민-H-당향의 증가하 부가물 형성을 위해 사용되는 에폭시 수지를 유탁화시킬 수 있고 반응 활성 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 일반적인 경화제의 수용액이 1.2 내지 3.5의 관능성을 가진 에폭시 수지와, 혼합 시킴에 의해 유탁액으로 전환되며 점성도는 5내지 40pa·s이고 상기값은 상승 및 하강 프로파일을 가진 유탁액 점성도 커브상에 놓이고 경화제는 수용성 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기에 합하고 시멘트와 같은 수경결합제를 위한 첨가제로서 에폭시 수지와 함께 적용하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 물로 희석한 후 100%고체 물질하 계산된 아민-H-당향의 증가하 부가물 형성을 위해 사용되는 에폭시 수지를 유탁화시킬 수 있고 반응 활성 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 일반적인 경화제의 수용액이 1.2 내지 3.5의 관능성을 가진 에폭시 수지와 혼합 시킴에 의해 유탁액으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기 위한 활성 아미노 그룹-디스플레잉 에폭사이드 부가물 경화제의 수용성 유탁액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부가물을 형성하기 위하여 적어도 700의 평균 분자량을 가지는 에폭시 수지가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합 및 전환이 활기찬 교반하 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50 내지 250의 아민-H-당량을 가진 용해된 경화제가 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민-H-당량이 10내지 250으로 올려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유탁액이 50%-유탁액이 측정된 5내지 40pa·s의 점성도로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 만니크 염기 용액이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 트랜시아민화된 만니크 염기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해된 경화제 및 에폭사이드 수지가 사용되고, 점성도가 상승 및 하강 점성도 프로파일을 가진 유탁액 점성도 커브를 나타내는 부가물 유탁액을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물 및 선택적으로 존재하는 다른 휘발성 구성물이 에폭시수지를 경화시킬 적에 보다 구체적으로 저장 및 이송 목적을 위해 사용하기 이전에 수용성 유탁액으로부터 전제로 또는 부분적으로 추출될 수 있고 바람직스럽기로는 물 및 휘발성 구성물이 다시 전체로 부분적으로 또는 후에 증가된 양으로 첨가될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 수용성 유탁액이 스프레이 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있는 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭사이드 부가물 경화제의 수용성 유탁액.
  13. 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기 위한 제12항에 따른 유탁액의 용도.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 수용성 에폭시 수지 시스템을 경화시키기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  15. 시멘트와 같은 수압 결합제를 위한 첨가제로서 에폭시 수지와 함께 제12항에 따른 유탁액의 용도.
