Abstract

본 발명은 라네이 니켈 촉매, 및 저원자가의 전이금속 착염을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 사용하여 고수율 및 높은 선택도로 아디포니트릴을 6-아미노카프로니트릴로 전환시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. (a) 아디포니트릴, (b) 수산화나트륨, 수산화리륨, 수산화칼륨 및 수산화암모늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 염기, (c) 수소, (d) 크롬 헥사카보닐, 텅스텐 헥사카보닐, 디벤젠 크롬, 디코발트 옥타카보닐, 크롬(Ⅲ) 아세테이트, 코발트(Ⅱ) 아세테이트 및 철(Ⅲ) 아세틸아세토네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 저원자가의 전이금속 착염, 및 (e) 라네이(Raney) 니켈 촉매를 함유하는 반응혼합물을 제조하고, 약 200 내지 1000psig의 수소 압력 및 약 50 내지 90℃에서 상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 아디포니트릴의 수소화에 의한 6-아미노카프로니트릴의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 슬러리이고, 반응혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 3 내지 30중량%의 양으로 반응혼합물에 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응하는 동안 반응혼합물을 교반하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 금속 착염의 양이 반응혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 3중량%인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 고정상인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응혼합물이 저급 알킬 알콜 용매를 함유하는 방법.
