Abstract
AC 입력 전압은 변압기(1)에서 더 낮아지고, 정류회로(2)에서 정류되고 나서 평활 회로(3)에서 평활되어, 그 결과 발생된 DC전압은 모터(25)를 구동하는 인버터(4)에 공급된다.
정류된 DC전압은 자기 베어링용 전원을 생성하기 위해 DC/DC변환기(10)에 공급되며, 상기 베어링을 제어하는 DC전원은 DC/DC변환기(9)에서 생성된다. 정전시 모터(25)를 부터의 재생 전력은 자기 베어링용 전력 전압을 생성키 위해 DC/DC변환기(10)에 공급되며, 또한 자기 베어링 제어용 DC전압은 DC/DC변환기(9)로부터 공급된다.

Claims (4)
- 자기 베어링(22, 23, 24)에 의해 스핀들(31)을 지지하고 모터(25)의 구동력에 의해 상기 스핀들을 회전하는 자기 베어링 장치에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전원 회로에 있어서, AC전압을 더 낮게 하는 변압기(1)와, 상기 변압기에 의해 낮아진 AC전압을 정류하는 평활하는 정류 수단(2, 3)과, 정상 동작시 상기 모터에 공급하기 위해 상기 정류 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압 출력을 변환하고, 상기 AC정전일 때 DC전압인 상기 모터에 의해 발생된 재생 전력을 출력하는 인버터 수단(4) 및, 상기 정류 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압인 출력 또는 상기 인버터 수단으로 나온 DC전압 출력을 상기 자기 베어링을 구동하는 DC전압으로 변환하는 DC 전압 변환 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 장치용 전원 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 베어링을 제어하는 제어수단(42) 및, 상기 DC전압 변환 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압 출력을 상기 제어 수단에 인가될 DC전압으로 변환하는 변환 수단(9)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 장치용 전원 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 AC전압을, 상기 DC전압 변환 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압 출력보다 더 높은 DC전압으로 변환하는 AC/DC 조정기 수단(7) 및, 상기 DC전압 변환 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압 출력과 상기 AC/DC 조정기 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압 출력을 출력하는 카운터 플로워 보호 다이오드 (11, 12)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 장치용 전원 회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자기 베어링을 제어하는 제어 수단(42) 및, 상기 DC전압 변환 수단으로부터 나온 DC전압을 상기 제어 수단에 인가될 DC전압으로 변환하는 변환 수단(9)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 장치용 전원 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
