Abstract

본 발명은 자기헤드와 광헤드를 갖는 비디오기기용 회전헤드 드럼에 관한 것으로, 신호전달수단을 구성하는 광헤드용 회전트랜스가 녹화 및 재생시 광헤드용 고정트랜스에 접촉 회전하면서 신호를 직접적으로 주고 받도록 하여 특히 녹화에 필요한 광헤드의 광신호 세기를 높여줌에 따라 광헤드에 의한 테이프의 지움 상태를 향상 시켜 양호한 기록이 가능하게 한것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 브라켓(12)의 상단에 고정된 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)와 상부드럼(5)에 고정된 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)사이에 동심원을 이루도록 복수개의 볼베어링(17)을 설치하여 녹화 및 재생시 상기 상부드럼(5)이 회전할때 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)가 볼베어링(17)을 통해 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)와 접촉 회전하면서 신호를 주고 받도록 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 브라켓(12)의 상단에 고정된 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)와 상부드럼(5)에 고정된 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)사이에 동심원을 이루도록 복수개의 볼베어링(17)을 설치하여 녹화 및 재생시 사기 상부드럼(5)이 회전할때 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)가 볼베어링(17)을 통해 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)와 접촉 회전하면서 신호를 주고 받도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드와 광헤드를 갖는 비디오기기용 회전헤드 드럼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)의하부면으로 복수개의 상부요입홈(15)을 동신원 상으로 형성하고 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)의 상부면으로는 복수개의 하부요입흠(16)을 동심원 상으로 형성하여 상기 상하부요입홈(15)(16) 내부로 볼베어링(17)을 끼움에 따라 광헤드용 고정트랜스 (13)와 광헤드용 회전 트랜스(14) 사이에 볼베어링(17)이 설치되도록 한 자기헤드와 광헤드를 갖는 비디오기기용 회전헤드 드럼.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상,하부요입흠(15)(16)내로 도전성 그리스를 주입시켜 광헤드용 회전트랜스(14)가 광헤드용 고정트랜스(13)에 접촉 회전하때 볼베어링(17)의 구름운동이 원활하게 이루어 지도록 한 자기헤드와 광헤드를 갖는 비디오기기용 회전헤드 드럼.
