Abstract
인산염 및 황산 바륨으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 1 내지 25 중량%의 성분 A, 규산 마그네슘 및 운모로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 1 내지 15중량%의 성분 B, 납, 주석, 납-주석 합금 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 5 내지 50중량%의 성분 C 및 나머지 양의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (12)
- 인산염 및 황산 바륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 1 내지 25중량%의 성분 A, 규산 마그네슘 및 운모로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 1 내지 15중량%의 성분 B, 납, 주석, 납-주석 합금 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 5 내지 50중량%의 성분 C 및 나머지 양의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성된 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규산 마그네슘이 40.0 중량% 이상의 이산화 실리콘 및 10.0중량% 이상의 산화 마그네슘을 함유하며, 이때 이산화 실리콘 대 산화 마그네슘의 중량비가 2.1 대 5.0 범위인 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5중량% 이하의 이황화 몰리브덴을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4중량% 이하의 흑연을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5중량% 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4중량% 이하의 흑연 및 5중량% 이하의 도전성 카본블랙을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재용 수지 조성물.
- 강철 지지체, 그위에 형성된 다공성 소결 금속층 및 인산염 및 황산으로 바륨으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 1 내지 25 중량%의 성분 A, 규산 마그네슘 및 운모로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 1 내지 15 중량%의 성분 B, 납, 주석, 납-주석 합금 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선정된 5 내지 50중량%의 성분 C, 5중량%이하의 이황화 몰리브덴 및 나머지 양의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성되며 상기 다공성 소결 금속층에 함침 및 코팅된 수지 조성물로된 미끄럼층을 포함하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 규산 마그네슘이 40.0 중량% 이상의 이산화 실리콘 및 10.0 중량% 이상의 산화 마그네슘을 함유하며, 이때 이산화 실리콘 대 산화 마그네슘의 중량비가 2.1 대 5.0 범위인 미끄럼 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 5 중량% 이하의 이황화 몰리브덴을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 4 중량% 이하의 흑연을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 5 중량% 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 5 중량% 이하의 흑연 및 5 중량% 이하의 도전성 카본 블랙을 더 함유하는 미끄럼 부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
