제2도는 저장형 디스펜서 음극에 있어서 전자방출물질의 상부에 위치되는 다공성 금속기체의 발췌 단면도로서, 가)는 다공성 금속기체의 공공부 내벽과 그 표면에 단분자층이 형성되어 있지 않은 상태를, 나)는 다공성 금속기체의 공공부 내벽과 그 표면에 단분자층이 형성되어 있는 상태를 나타낸다.
제3도는 본 발명의 디스펜서 음극과 종래 디스펜서 음극의 활성화 에이징에 따른 전류밀도 비교선도.

Claims (3)

  1. 전자방출 물질과, 다공성 금속기체를 구비한 디스펜서 음극에 있어서, 상기 전자방출물질에 BaAl4와 Ni을 적량함유시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 음극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 BaAl4+Ni의 함량을 전자방출물질 총중량에 대해 5∼30wt%가 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 음극.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자방출물질이 바륨칼슘 알루미네이트와 W를 포함하도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서 음극.
