Abstract

종래에는 유압유체의 압력이 이 목적에 사용되었다.
그러나, 튜브 또는 슬리브의 강도 및 벽두께가 그 바람직한 값과 서로 다를 경우 슬리브와 튜브 사이에는 결함 있는 접속을 하거나, 손상을 주는 튜브벽의 과잉팽창이 발생되었다. 소정의 팽창치를 얻기 위하여, 유압 프로브(hydraulic probe)(4)에 유입시킨 유압유체 용량을 사용하여 슬리브(3) 및/또는 튜브(1)의 변형정도를 나타낸다.
이 수단에 의해, 예로서 소정압력에 도달되는 경우 대신 유압유체의 대응되는 용량을 공급할 때 팽창프로세스를 종료시킨다.

슬리브(sleeve)와 튜브(tube) 사이의 접속에 있어서 유압팽창 프로세스를 첵크하는 방법

제1도는 유압팽창 프로세스를 밟기전 유압프로브(hydraulic probe)를 삽입한 튜브와 슬리브의 배치 단면도, 제2도는 그 유압팽창 프로세스의 압력/용량에 대한 다이어그램.

Claims (4)

  1. 유압유체로 부하시킨 유압프로브(4)에 의해 튜브의 내벽에 슬리브(sleeve) (3)를 사용하며, 소정의 팽창범위(6) 내에서 그 슬리브(6)와 튜브(1)를 이들의 소성범위로 변형시키는 슬리브와 튜브 사이의 금속접속에서 유압팽창 프로세스를 체크하는 방법에 있어서, 그 유압프로브(4)에 유입시킨 유압유체 용량을 사용하여 슬리브(3) 및/또는 튜브(1)의 변형정도를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압력/용량 다이어그램에서 판독할 수 있는(readable) 표시점(indicator point)(8, 11)에 도달한 후에는 그 슬리브 및/또는 튜브의 팽창의 또 다른 과정을 유입한 용량에 의해서만 측정함을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 그 압력/용량 다이어그램은 그 팽창프로세스를 밟는 동안 그 기록차트에 의해 작성함을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 다수의 표시점은 작동 프로세스 제어요 컴퓨터프로그램에 접속시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
