Abstract

미용 티슈 또는 화장지에 유용한 티슈 시트를 미세 규모 엠보싱 패턴으로 엠보싱하여, 강도의 손실은 최소화하면서 벌크성을 증가시킬 수 있다. 미세 규모 엠보싱 패턴은 1㎠당 약 15개 (1 inch2당 100개)이상의 불연속성의 서로 맞물리는 엠보싱 부재들을 포함하고, 그로부터 티슈 제조업자는 적층 또는 통기건조설비 없이, 통상적인 티슈 기재시트로부터, 적당한 연성, 벌크성 및 강도를 갖는 프리미엄급 티슈를 제조할 수 있게 된다. 출발 기재시트 재료에 따라, 독특한 특성 균형을 갖는 티슈가 특히 통상적인 습식 프레스가공 기재시트에 대해 제조될 수 있다.

제1도는 시험 샘플의 배향도를 나타낸, 표면 섬유 지수(Surface Fiber Index)를 시험하기 위한 티슈 시트의 평면도, 제2도는 표면 섬유 지수를 측정할 때 시험 샘플을 브러싱하기 위해 사용하는 샘플 슬래드(sled)의 투시도, 제9도는 수 엠보싱 부재의 모양 및 간격을 나타낸, 본 발명에 따라 유용한 또 다른 엠보싱 패턴의 평면도 (배율 2X), 제10도는 수 엠보싱 부재와 대응하는 암 보이드의 맞물림을 나타낸, 본 발명에 따라 엠보싱되는 티슈 시트의 개략도.

Claims (24)

  1. 그의 평면에 수직인 방향으로 시트를 편향시키는, 불연속성인 서로 맞물리는 부재들을 표면적 1㎠당 약 15개 이상 갖는 수 및 암 엠보싱 롤들 사이에 형성된 롤 간격에 티수 시트를 통과시켜서, 벌크성의 증가%를 강도의 감소%로 나눈 값이 약 1 이상으로 되게 하는 것으로 이루어진 연질 키슈 시트의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불연속성의 서로 맞물리는 부재들의 수가 1㎠당 약 30 내지 약 95개인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불연속성의 서로 맞물리는 부재들의 수가 1㎠당 약 45 내지 약 75개인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 벌크성의 증가%를 강도의 감소%로 나눈 값이 약 1 내지 약 4인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 벌크성의 증가%를 강도의 감소%로 나눈 값이 약 2 내지 약 3인 방법.
  6. 그의 평면에 수직인 방향으로 티슈 시트를 편향시키는, 불연속성의, 정합되지 않는, 서로 맞물리는 엠보싱 부재들을 표면적 1㎠당 약 30 내지 약 95개 갖는 수 및 암 엠보싱 롤들 사이에 형성된 롤 간격에 티슈 시트를 통과시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 상기의 서로 맞물리는 엠보싱 부재들이 약 0.1 내지 약 1mm의 엠보싱 수준으로 맞물리는 연질 티슈 시트의 제조 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 서로 맞물리는 엠보싱 부재득이 약 0.25 내지 약 0.5mm의 엠보싱 수준으로 맞물리는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 엠보싱 부재는 수용도가 약 0.075 내지 약 1.25mm인 것인 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 엠보싱 부재는 수용도가 약 0.25 내지 약 0.75mm인 것인 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 비정합 부재들이 거의 같은 측벽 각을 갖는 것인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 측벽 각이 약 15° 내지 약 25°인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 수 부재의 상단부가 암 부재의 저면보다 큰 것인 방법.
  13. 표면적 1㎠당 약 30 내지 약 95개의, 불연속성의, 정합되지 않는, 맞물리는 엠보싱 부재들로이루어지고, 또한 하기 식 : B ≥(2A+C) (여기서, “A” 는 수용도이고, “B”는 부재 크기이며, “C”는 암 보이드들 사이의 암롤 랜드 거리임)을 만족시키는 엠보싱 패턴을 갖는 수 및 암 엠보싱 롤들 사이에 형성된 롤 간격에 티슈 시트를 통과시키는 티슈 시트의 엠보싱 방법.
  14. 표면 섬유 지수가 약 50 이상이고, 앙고가 액 500g 이상이며, 약 20% 이상의 경목 섬유를 함유하는, 하나 이상의 배합 티슈 시트로 이루어진 연질 티슈 제품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 약 40% 이상의 경목 섬유를 함유하고, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 50 내지 약 90인 제품.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 약 60% 이상의 경목 섬유를 함유하고, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 50 내지 약 70인 제품.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 벌크성이 약 6㎤/g 이상인 제품.
  18. 약 40% 이상의 경목 섬유를 함유하고, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 50 이상이며, 벌크성이 약 7 내지 약 12㎤/g이고, 강도가 약 500g 이상인, 하나 이사의 배합티슈 시트로 이루어진 연질 티슈 제품.
  19. 벌크성이 약 6㎤/g 이상이고, 비탄성률이 약 4km 이하이며, 강고가 약 500g 이상인 습식 프레스가공 연질 티슈 시트.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 벌크성이 약 7㎤/g 이상이고, 비탄성률이 약 3km 이하인 티슈 시트.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 벌크성이 약 7㎤/g 이상이고, 비탄성률이 약 2km 이하인 티슈 시트.
  22. 벌크성이 약 9㎤/g 이상이고, 비탄성률이 약 2km 이하이며, 강도가 약 500g 이상인, 2개의 습식 프레스가공 티슈 시트로 이루어진 두겹 티슈 제품.
  23. 벌크성이 약 9㎤/g 이상이고, 비탄성률이 약 3km 이하이며, 강도가 약 500g 이상인, 통기건조된 연질 티슈 시트.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 비탄성률이 약 2km 이하인 티슈 시트.
