Abstract

고급 티슈 및 화장실용 티슈와 같은 제품으로 전환하는데 사용되는 크레이프 티슈 시이트와 같은 종이 시이트는 모든 방향으로 시이트를 변형시키는 형태의 부분적으로 맞물린 작은 변형 요소를 갖는 2개의 조각된 롤사이에 형성된 1개 이상의 고정 갭 비압축성 변형 닙 사이로 시이트를 통과시킴으로써 연화될 수 있다. 변형처리는 실질적으로 인장 강도의 실질적인 감소 없이 내부 벌크를 증가시킴으로써 티슈 시이트의 강도를 강소시킨다. 이 방법은 습윤 압축된 티슈 시이트로부터 쓰루 드라이드형 티슈 시이트를 제조하는 수단을 제공한다.

Claims (31)

  1. 시이트를 모든 방향에서 비압축척으로 변형시키는, 부분적으로 맞물려 연동되는 변형 요소를 갖는 2개의 조각된 롤 사이에 각각 형성된 1개 이상의 비압축성 고정 갭 변형 닙 사이로 시이트를 통과시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 시이트의 평균 공극 면적 백분율이 기하학적 평균 인장 강도 손실 100g당 약 1.5% 이상 증가되는것을 특징으로 하는 시이트의 연화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 크레이프 습윤 압축된 티슈 시이트인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 형성된 티슈 시이트의 평균 공극 면적 백분율이 약 63이상인 방법.
  4. 4. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 쓰루 드라이드된 티슈 시이트인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 펄프 시이트인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 크레이핑되지 않은 티슈 시이트인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 변형 닙의 수가 2개 이상인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 변형 닙이 다른 맞물림도를 갖는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,2개 이상의 변형 닙이 다른 변형 요소를 갖는 방법.

  18. 제1항에 있어서, 변형 롤의 외주 방향의 단위 길이 당 변형 요소의 수가 변형 롤의 축 방향의 단위 길이당 변형 요소의 수 보다 큰 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 변형 롤의 의주 방향의 단위 길이 당 변형 요소의 수가 변현 롤의 방향의 단위 길이당 변형 요소의 수와 동일한 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 티슈 시이트의 평균 공극 면적 백분율의 증가가 기하학적 평균 인장 강도 손실 100g당 약 2% 이상인 방법.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 티슈 시이트의 평균 공극 면적 백분율의 증가가 기하학적 평균 인장 강도 손실 100g당 약 3% 이상인 방법.
  22. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 시이트.
  23. 약63이상의 평균 공극 면적 백분율을 갖는 습윤 압축된 티슈 시이트.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 평균 공극 면적 백분율이 약 65 이상인 티슈 시이트.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 평균 공극 면적 백분율이 약 63 내지 약 65인 티슈 시이트.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 기하학적 평균 인장 강도가 약 400g 이상인 티슈 시이트.
  27. 제23항에 있어서, 기하학적 평균 인장 강도가 약 500g 이상인 티슈 시이트.
  28. 제23항에 있어서, 기하학적 평균 인자 강도가 약 400 내지 약 1000g인 티슈 시이트.
  29. ㎡당 약 10 내지 약 40g의 기초 중량, 약 63 이상의 평균 공극 면적 백분율 및 약 400g 이상의 기하학적 평균 인장 강도를 갖는, 화장실용 티슈로서 유용한 1겹의 습윤 압축된 티슈 시이트.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 기하학적 평균 인장 강도가 약 400 내지 약 1000g인 티슈 시이트.
  31. ㎡당 약 150 내지 약 400g의 기초 중량 및 약 50,000g 이하의 신장 강도를 갖는 펄프 시이트.
