Abstract
본 발명은 세탁, 표백 또는 무수 머서가공(mercerizing)과 동시에, 적어도 하나의 1급, 2급, 3급 또는 4급 아미노 그룹 및 적어도 하나의 가수분해가능한 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 3 내지 15개의 탄소원자를 가진 포화 지방족 화합물(이때, 포화 라디칼(들)은 직쇄, 분지쇄 및/또는 사이클릭이고 하나 이상의 헤테로 그룹에 의해 차단될 수 있고 하나 또는 2개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹으로 치환될 수 있다)을 첨가하여 원면 또는 원면-폴리에스테르 혼방을 개질시킴을 포함하는 아미노화된 면 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 세탁, 표백 또는 무수 머서가공(mercerizing)과 동시에, 적어도 하나의 1급, 2급, 3급 또는 4급 아미노 그룹 및 적어도 하나의 가수분해가능한 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 3 내지 15개의 탄소원자를 가진 포화 지방족 화합물(이때, 포화 라디칼(들)은 직쇄, 분지쇄 및/또는 사이클릭이고 하나 이상의 헤테로 그룹에 의해 차단될 수 있고 하나 또는 2개 이상의 하이드록실 그룹으로 치환될 수 있다)을 첨가하여 원면 또는 원면-폴리에스테르 혼방을 개질시킴을 포함하는 아미노화된 면 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제가 하기 일반식(1a), (1b) 또는(1c)의 화합물인 방법:상기식에서, Y는 에스테르 그룹이고; A 및 N은 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 가진 알킬렌 그룹 1 또는 2개와 함께 헤테로사이클릭 고리의 이가 라디칼을 형성하며 이때, A는 산소 원자 또는 하기 일반식(a), (b) 또는 (c)(여기서, R은 수소원자 또는 아미노 그룹, 또는 아미노, 설포, 하이드록실, 설페이토, 포스페이토 및 카복실로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 1 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬 그룹이거나 또는 일반식-O- 및 -NH-의 그룹 1 또는 2개 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 차단되고, 아미노, 설포, 하이드록실, 설페이토, 포스페이토 및 카복실 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 3 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 가진 알킬 그룹이고, R1은 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이며, R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고, 및 Z(-)은 음이온이다)의 그룹이며; B는 일반식 H2N-의 아미노 그룹 또는 하기 일반식(d) 또는 (e)(여기서, R1, R2및 Z(-)은 각각 상기 정의한 바와 같고, R3은 메틸 또는 에틸이며, 및 R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이다)의 아미노 또는 암모늄 그룹이고; p는 1 또는 2이며; 알킬렌은 1 또는 2개의 하이드록실 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬렌 라디칼이거나 또는 일반식-O- 및 -NH-의 그룹 1 또는 2개 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 차단된 3 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬렌 라디칼이고; 알크는 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 가진 적쇄 또는 분지된 알킬렌 라디칼이거나 또는 일반식-O- 및 -NH-의 그룹 1 또는 2개 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 차단된 3 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 분지된 알킬렌 라디칼이고, 바람직하게는 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 분지된알킬렌 라디칼이고; m은 1 또는 2이며; n은 1 내지 4이며; 아미노, 하이드록실 및 에스테르 그룹은 알킬렌 라디칼의 1차, 2차 또는 3차 탄소 원자에 결합 될 수 있다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 함유 화합물에서 에스테르 그룹이 설페이토 또는 포스페이토 그룹이거나 또는 C1-C4알카노일 그룹, 벤젠핵에서 카복실, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및 니트로로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 치환체로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐설포닐옥시 그룹인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 물질을 개질시키는 화합물이 N-(β-셀페이토에틸)피페라진, N-(2-셀페이토에틸)피페라진 설페이트, N-[β-(β'-셀페이토에톡시)에틸]피페라진, N-(r-셀페이토-β-하이드록시프로필)피롤리딘, N-(r-설페이토-β-하이드록시프로필)피롤리딘, N-(β-셀페이토에틸)피페리딘, 2-설페이토-3-하이드록시-1-아미노프로판, 3-설페이토-2-하이드록시-1-아미노프로판, 3-설페이토-2-하이드록시-1-아미노프로판, 1-설페이토-3-하이드록시-2-아미노프로판, 3-하이드록시-1-설페이토-2-아미노프로판, 2,3-디설페이토-1-아미노프로판 또는 1,3-디설페이토-2-아미노프로판 또는 상기 언급한 설페이토 그룹이 아닌 에스테르 그룹을 가진 상기 화합물의 유도체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 상기 아미노 화합물이 하이드록실 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 반응성 잔기 특히는 α-클로로-β-하이드록시 치환체를 가진 잔기를 함유하는 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법을 배치식으로 수행하는 경우, 상기 개질제를 5 내지 30gNaOH/ℓ의 수산화 나트륨 용액 농도에서 표백 또는 세탁하는 중에 10 내지 100 g/ℓ, 특히는 15 내지 30g/ℓ의 농도로 선형으로 첨가하거나, 점점 줄이면서 또는 표백 또는 세탁하자마자 첨가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법을 연속 공정으로 수행하는 경우, 처리할 물질의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 20중량% 수산화 나트륨 용액 농도에서 표백 또는 세탁하는 도중에 2 내지 10중량%, 특히는 3 내지 8중량%의 기질제를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 80 내지 120℃, 바람직하게는 90 내지 102℃의 온도에서 개질시키는 방법.
- 알칼리성 화합물 및 전해질 염이 없는, 염욕, 패딩 용액, 날염 페이스트 및 잉크분사용 배합물을 제조함을 포함하는, 제1 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같이 제조한 아미노화된 면 섬유의 염색 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
