Abstract
고온 가공형 철-크롬-알루미늄 페라이트 스텐레스강 합금은 열고리 산화, 크리이프, 또한 고온노출시 2차입자 성장에 대한 저항성이 있고 그 이유는 내산화성 및 내크리이프성 촉매기질과 시스템에 적절한 회토류 및 니오붐 첨가물 때문이다.

제1-4도는 다양한 니오붐 함량에서 900℃의 응력-파열 시험의 그래프이다. 제5도는 니오붐의 함수로서 응력-파열비를 보여주는 그래프이다.
Claims (9)
- 중량 비율로 10-25 크롬, 3-8 알루미늄, 4까지의 실리콘, 1까지의 망간, 0.8까지의 희토류, 0.8까지의 내크리이프성 효과량의 니오붐을 포함하고 나머지는 철 및 정상적인 강철 제조 불순물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열고리 산화 및 크리이프에 대한 저항성이 있는 고온 가공형 페라이트 스텐레스강 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 0.55 니오붐을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고온 노출시 입자 성장을 조절하기 위해 0.28 내지 0.55 니오붐을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄은 거의 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.002 내지 0.06의 희토류를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 19 내지 21 크롬, 4.5 내지 5.5 알루미늄, 0.2 내지 0.6 실리콘, 0.1 내지 0.55 니오붐, 또한 초기 희토류 성분으로서 0.005 내지 0.035 세륨을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금.
- 제1항의 고온 가공형 페라이트 스텐레스강 합금을 함유하는 내산화성 및 내크리이프성 촉매기질.
- 제7항의 기질로 된 촉매시스템.
- 중량 비율로 19 내지 21크롬, 4.5 내지 5.5 알루미늄, 1까지의 실리콘, 1까지의 망간, 0.005 내지 0.035 세륨, 0.28 내지 0.55 니오붐을 함유하고 나머지가 철 및 정상적인 강제조 불순물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열고리 산화 및 크리이프, 또한 고온노출시 2차 입자성장에 대한 저항성이 있는 고온 가공형 페라이트 스텐레스강 합금.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
