Claims (7)

  1. 일반식(I)의 푸록산 및 이의 약리학적으로 허용가능한 염.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2중의 하나는 -S(O)n-R3이고 다른 하나는 (C1-C10)-알킬, (C3-C7)-사이클로알킬, -CONR4R5, -CN 또는 -XR6이고;여기서, n은 0,1 또는 2이고;R3은 (C1-C10)-알킬, 하이드록시-(C1-C10)-알킬 R7R8N-(C1-C10)-알킬, 1개, 2개 또는 3개의 산소 원자에 의해 차단된 (C2-C22)-알킬, (C3-C7)-사이클로알킬, (C7-C10)-아르알킬, -(CH2)mCOY, 피리딜메틸, (C6-C14)-아릴, 5 내지 14원의 헤테로아릴;(C1-C5)-알킬, (C3-C7)-사이클로알킬, 포밀, (C1-C4)-알킬카보닐, 아미노, (C1-C5)-알킬아미노, 디-(C1-C5)-알킬아미노, 하이드록실, (C1-C5)-알콕시, 니트로, 시아노 또는 할로겐으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 그룹에 의해 1회 이상 각각 치환된(C6-14)-아릴 또는 5 내지 14원의 헤테로아릴, 또는 -CH2CH2SCOO(C1-C4)-알킬이고, R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소이거나 R3의 정의와 동일하고, R6은 독립적으로 R3의 정의와 동일하고, 여기서 -CH2CH2SCOO(C1-C4)-알킬은 제외되며, X가 황인 경우 R6은 R3과 함께 에틸렌 그룹을 형성할 수 있고, R7및 R8은 서로 독립적으로 수소, (C1-C10)-알킬, (C7-C10)-아르알킬 또는 R3의 정의에서 특정된 바대로 치환될 수 있는 (C6-C14)-아릴이고, X는 산소 또는 황이고, Y는 하이드록실, (C1-C14)-알콕시, 아미노, (C1-C4)-알킬아미노 또는 디-(C1-C4)-알킬아미노이고, m은 1,2 또는 3이며, 2개의 라디칼 R1및 R2중의 하나가 메틸인 경우 R3은 페닐, 또는 메틸, 메톡시, 염소 또는 불소에 의해 파라-치환된 페닐일 수 없으며, 2개의 라디칼 R1및 R2중의 하나가 메틸이고 n이 0 또는 2인 경우 R3은 메틱 또는 에틸일 수 없으며, 2개의 라디칼 R1및 R2중의 하나가 메틸이고 n이 2인 경우 R3은 벤질일 수 없고, 2개의 라디칼 R1및 R2가 에톡시인 경우 다른 하나는 -SO2C6H5또는 -SO2C6H4-CH3일 수 없다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 -S(O)nR3이 -S(O)n-(C1-C4)-알킬, -S(O)n-하이드록시-(C1-C4)-알킬, -S(O)n-사이클로헥실, -S(O)n-CH2COY′[여기서, Y′는 하이드록실 또는 (C1-C4)-알콕시이다],-S(O)n-페닐 또는 -S(O)n-CH2CH2COO(C1-C4)-알킬임을 특징으로 하는 푸록산.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 라디칼 R1및 R2중의 -S(O)nR3이 아닌 라디칼이 (C1-C4)-알킬, -CONHR4′[여기서, R4′이수소, (C1-C4)-알킬, 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 페닐이다], CN, 사이클로헥실티오, 페닐티오, (C1-C4) -알콕시, 일반식[여기서, Z는 수소 또는 메틸이고, x는 1,2 또는 3이고 Alk는 (C1-C6)-알킬이다]의 그룹, 피리드-3-일-메톡시, R7′R8′-N-(C1-C4)-알콕시[여기서, R7′및 R8′는 서로 톡립적으로 메틸 또는 벤질이다]또는 SCH2COY′[여기서, Y′는 제2항에서 정의된 바와 동일하다]임을 특징으로 하는 푸록산.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 푸록산의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 동일하다.
  5. 심장 혈관계 질환의 조절 및 예방을 위한 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 푸록산의 용도.
  6. 발기 분전의 치료를 위한 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느한 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 푸록산의 용도.
  7. 약리학적으로 허용가능한 부형제 및 첨가제와 함께 활성 성분으로서 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(I)의 푸록산, 또는 이의 약리학적으로 허용가능한 염 및, 필요한 경우 추가의 하나 이상의 다른 약리학적 활성 성분을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
