Abstract
본 발명은 1종 이상으이 소결성 세라믹-또는 금속 분말 (A) 및 1종 이상의 열가소성 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물 (B)를 함유하며, 이때, 상기 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물이 1종 이상의 항산화제(C)를 함유하는 열가소성 성형재에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 상기 성형재의 제조 방법 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
1종 이상의 소결성 세라믹-또는 금속 분말(A) 및 1종 이상의 열가소성 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물(B)을 포함하는 열가소성 성형 조성물에 있어서, 상기 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물(B)이 1종 이상의 항산화제(C)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 실리콘 수지(D)를 추가로 함유하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 항산화제(C)가 입체 장해된 페놀, 방향족 아민, 2가 황 화합물 및 3가 인 화합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 항산화제(C)가 입체 장해된 페놀 및 방향족 아민으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것 중 1종 이상과 3가 인 화합물의 혼합물인 열가소성 성형 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 항산화제(C)의 양의 결합제를 기준으로 약 0.01 내지 5중량%인 열가소성 성형 조성물.
성분(A) 내지 (C)를 결합제(B)의 연화점 이상에서 서로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 기재의 열가소성 조형 조성물의 제조 방법.
세라믹 또는 금속 분말(A) 및 1종 이상의 열가소성 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물(B)의 혼합물을 성형시킨 다음, 소결시켜 성형물을 치밀화시키고 결합제를 제거하는 세라믹 또는 금속 성형물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 성형시키고자 하는 혼합물 중에 항산화제(C)를 포함시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
