Abstract

용해된 탄산 나트륨 같은 용해 염에서 플루오르-함유 폐기물을 분해하고, 용해된 염배쓰에서 플루오르화물염을 형성하는 용해 염 방법. 그런 플루오르화물 염의 존재하에 용해 염 보유 용기의 종래 알파-알루미나 내화물의 분해 상변화는 본 발명에 따라 상변화에 저항력 있는 베타 알루미나 내화벽돌을 이용함으로써 피해진다.

프루오르화물-풍부의 염 용해물을 담기 위한 내화물

제1도는 플루오르-함유 유기폐기물의 용해 염산화를 위해 이동되어 벽을 본 발명에 따라 베타-알루미나 벽돌로 형성시킬 수 있는 용해 염산화 도가니 또는 시스템을 단순화시킨 다이아그램.

Claims (12)

  1. 내화물 라이너(liner)를 갖는 용기에 담겨진 용해 염의 플루오르-함유 유기폐기물을 분해하는 용해 염 방법에 있어서, 상기 내화물 라이너가 베타-알루미나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르-함유 페기물이 플루오로카본을 포함하고 상기 용해 염에 플루오르화물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르카본이 클로로플루오로카본 및 브로모플루오로카본으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 클로로플루오로메틴 및 브로모플루오로메탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용해 염이 알카리금속 탄산, 및 알카리금속 탄산염-염화 알카리 금속 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 한 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용해 염이 상기 플루오르-함유 폐기물과 반응하여 플루오르화 알카리금속을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베타-알루미나 내화물이 약 900℃이상의 온도에서 플루오르화 나트륨의 존재하에 탄산 나트륨 및 알파 알루미나의 혼합물을 가열하여 베타-알루미나 입자를 형성하는 단계, 상기 베타-알루미나 입자를 유기 바인더와 혼합하는 단계, 상기 베타-알루미나 바인더 혼합물을 주형에 압축시킴으로써 벽돌같은 모양으로 형성하는 단계, 그 결과의 베타-알루미나 벽돌을 건조하는 단계, 및 건조된 벽돌을 가열하는 단계에 의해 형성된 베타-알루미나 벽돌로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알파-알루미나 및 탄산 나트륨의 상기 혼합물이 1/11의 Na/Al몰비로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가열이 약 1600℃의 공기 분위기에서 일어나며, 상기 바인더는 가열동안 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베타-알루미나 내화물이 공기 분위기에서 약 1200℃이상의 온도에서 탄산 나트륨 및 알파 알루미나의 혼합물을 가열하여 베타-알루미나 입자를 형성하는 단계, 상기 베타-알루미나 입자를 유기 바인더와 혼합하는 단계, 상기 베타-알루미나 바인더 혼합물을 주형에 압축시킴으로써 벽돌같은 모양으로 형성하는 단계, 그 결과의 베타-알루미나 벽돌을 건조하는 단계, 및 건조된 벽돌을 가열하는 단계에 의해 형성된 베타-알루미나 벽돌로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알파-알루미나 및 탄산 나트륨의 상기 혼합물이 1/11의 Na/Al몰비로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가열이 약 1600℃의 공기 분위기에서 일어나며, 상기 바인더는 가열동안 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용해 염 방법.
