Abstract
본 발명은, a)한외 여과장치에서 분무실수/과잉 분무물 혼합물을 예비 농축하여 고분자량 성분을 함유하는 1차 잔류물과 물 및 적어도 소량의 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 1차 투과물을 얻는 단계, b)상기 1차 투과물과 하기 c)단계에서 얻은 3차 투과물을 역삼투 장치에서 처리하여 분무실수로서 재순환하기 위한 실질적으로 순수한 물을 함유하는 2차 투과물과 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 잔류물을 얻는 단계, c)상기 1차 및 2차 잔류물을 나노여과 장치에서 처리하여 물 및 최소량의 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 3차 투과물과 조성 및 농도에 있어서 1액형 수성 피복 조성물에 거의 일치하는 3차 잔류물을 얻는 단계에 의해, 분무실수/과잉 분무물 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 습식 세척기가 갖추어진 분무실로부터의 분무실수로 희석되고, 무게 평균 분자량이 적어도 2000인 고분자량 성분과 피복 조성물의 유기 성분의 총량을 기준으로 하여 무게 평균 분자량이 2000미만인 저분자량 성분을 적어도 5중량% 함유하는 1액형 수성 피복 조성물로부터의 과잉 분무물 재농축하는 다단막 여과법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- a) 한외 여과 장치에서 분무실수(噴霧室水)/과잉 분무물의 혼합물을 예비 농축하여 고분자량 성분을 함유하는 1차 잔류물과, 물 및 적어도 소량의 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 1차 투과물을 얻는 단계, b) 상기 1차 투과물과 하기 c) 단계에서 얻은 3차 투과물을 역삼투 장치에서 처리하여 분무실수로서 재순환하기 위한 실질적으로 순수한 물을 함유하는 2차 투과물과 저분자량 성문을 함유하는 잔류물을 얻는 단계, c) 상기 1차 및 2차 잔류물을 나노여과 장치에서 처리하여 물 및 최소량의 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 3차 투과물과 조성 및 농도에 있어서 1액형 수성 피복 조성물에 거의 일치하는 3차 잔류물을 얻는 단계로 이루어진, 분무실수/과잉 분무를 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 습식 세척기가 갖추어진 분부실로부터의 분부실로 희석되고, 무게 평균 분자량이 적어도 2000인 고분자량 성분과 피복 조성물의 유기 성분의 총량을 기준으로 하여 무게 평균 분자량이 2000미만인 저분자량 성분을 적어도 5중량% 함유하는, 1액형 수성 피복 조성물로부터의 과잉 분무물을 재농축 하는 다단막 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한외 여과 장치에서는 차동 압력을 1 내지 10바아로 유지하고 나노 여과 장치에서는 차동 압력을 12내지 40비아로 유지하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 a)에 따라 예비 농축시키기 전에 상기 분무실수/과잉 분무물 혼합물이 1차 중간 탱크 내로 도입되는 것이 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2차 투과물이 분무실수로서 재사용되기 전에 2차 중간 탱크 내에 도입되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 및 3차 잔류물이 단계 c)에 따라 처리되기 전에 3차 중간 탱크 내에 도입되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3차 투과물이 단계 b)에 따라 상기 1차 투과물과 함께 처리되기 전에 4차 중간 탱크내에 도입되는 것인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
