Abstract

본 발명은 다가알콜, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산 이나트륨과 젖산 및 젖산나트륨을 정제수에 용해한 혼합 용액중에 미도정된 쌀을 투입하고 35 내지 50℃에서 36 내지 60시간동안 침지시키는 공정과, 이어서 원심분리하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따라 얻어진 쌀 추출물은 미백효과와 염증 치유등 뿐만 아니라 피부의 개선에 효과가 있다.

Description

화장품 원료로 사용되는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 쌀 추출물 함유 미백용 크림의 시간경과에 따른 미백효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 미도정된 쌀 20 내지 30중량부에, 다가알콜 40 내지 60중량부, 젖산 0.1 내지 1중량부, 젖산나트륨 0.5 내지 5중량부, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산이나트륨 0.02 내지 0.5중량부 및 정제수 5 내지 40중량부를 가하여 35 내지 50℃에서 36내지 60시간동안 침지시키는 공정과, 이어서 추출물을 원심분리하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다가알콜이 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜 및 이소프로필렌글리콜중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 저산 대 젖산나트륨이 1 : 4내지 1 : 5의 비율로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 원심분리된 쌀 추출물을 0.5㎛이하의 구공을 가진 여과기로 여과하는 공정을 더욱 포함 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀 추출물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 따라 얻은 쌀 추출물을 함유하는 화장품 조성물.
