Abstract

본 발명은 기기의 제어용 데이터를 기억/유지시킨 불휘발성 메모리(소위 EEPROM)를 재생하면서 가능한 정상적인 제어용 데이터를 EEPROM에 기억/유지시킬 수 있고, 마이크로컴퓨터에 의한 기기의 작동제어를 정상적으로 실시할 수 있도록 한 기기제어장치에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은, 동일한 제어용 데이터를 기억/유지시킨 복수의 제어용 데이터 기억부(A1∼A3)와, 재생할 제어용 데이터 기억부(A1∼A3)의 번호를 기억/유지시킨 지시데이터 기억부(3)를 EEPROM(2)에 구비한다. 재생할 때에 마이크로컴퓨터(1)는 양호한 제어용 데이터가 얻어질 때까지 제어용 데이터 기억부(A1∼A3)에서 차례로 데이터를 판독하고 판독된 양호한 데이터를 지시데이터 기억부(3)의 번호에 따라 나타내는 제어용 데이터 기억부(A1 또는 A2 또는 A3)에 기록한다. 지시데이터 기억부(3)의 번호는 각 제어용 데이터 기억부(A1∼A3)가 순번으로 재생(갱신)되도록 1회의 재생처리마다 변경된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 미리 제어용 데이터를 기억/유지시킨 전기적으로 기록가능한 불휘발성기억수단과, 상기 제어용 데이터를 이용하여 기기의 작동을 제어하는 마이크로 컴퓨터를 구비한 기기제어장치에 있어서, 서로 동일한 상기 제어용 데이타가 미리 기록된 복수의 제어용 데이터 기억부와; 상기 복수의 제어용 데이터 기억부중 제어용 데이터를 갱신할 제어용 데이터 기억부를 나타내는 지시데이터가 미리 기록된 지시데이터 기억부;를 상기 불휘발성기억수단에 구비하고, 소정의 타이밍으로 상기 복수의 제어용 데이터 기억부에서 순차 상기 제어용 데이터를 판독함과 동시에 판독된 제어용 데이터의 양부를 판단하며, 그 판독 및 판단을 양호한 제어용 데이터가 얻어질 때까지 실행하는 판독/판독 수단과; 양호한 제어용 데이터가 얻어졌을 때, 상기 지시데이터 기억부의 지시데이터에 의하여 표시되는 제어용 데이터 기억부에 상기 양호한 제어용 데이터를 기록하여 이 제어용 데이터 기억부의 데이터를 갱신하는 제이용 데이터 갱신수단과; 상기 제어용 데이터 기억부의 데이터를 갱신하였을 때, 이 제어용 데이터 기억부를 나타내는 상기 지시데이터를 다른 제어용 데이터 기억부를 나타내는 제시데이터로 변경하여 이 지시데이터 기억부에 기록하는 지시데이터 변경수단;을 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기기제어장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 제어용 데이터 기억부에는 상기 제어용 데이터와 함께 소정의 체크용 데이터가 기록되며, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터의 판독/판단수단은 상기 체크용 데이터의 양부를 판단함으로써 상기 제어용 데이터의 양부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기제어장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터는 상기 제어용 데이터 기억부에서 판독된 제어용 데이터가 양호하다고 판단되었을 때, 그 양호한 제어용 데이터를 기억/유지하는 RAM을 구비하며, 이 RAM에 기억/유지된 제어용 데이터를 이용하여 상기 기기의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기제어장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 타이밍은 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 전원을 공급하는 급전개시시로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기기제어장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터는 상기 제어용 데이터 기억부의 제어용 데이터가 모두 불량하다고 판단되었을 때, 상기 기기의 작동을 금지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기제어장치.
