Abstract

본 발명은 원터치식 볼밸브에 관한것으로, 특히 볼밸브의 레버를 개폐위치에 고정시킬수 있도록한 원터치식 볼밸브의 레버고정장치에 관한 것으로, 개폐용레버(13)을 회전시켜 밸브몸체(1)의 유로(4)를 열거나 닫을때, 밸브몸체(1)의 상면에 돌출된 볼(21)이 상기 레버(13)의 구멍(16)에 위치하여 끼워지게 되어 레버(13)를 고정시킨다. 이때, 볼(21)은 저부에 결합된 스프링(22)의 탄성에 의해 지속적으로 결합 상태를 유지시키므로서 밸브몸체(1)의 유로(4)의 열린상태 또는 닫힌 상태를 유지시켜준다. 또한, 레버(13)를 회전할때에는 작동버튼(34) 아래로 눌리면, 작동버튼(34)의 축이 볼(21)의 상단을 아래로 밀어 볼(21)이 레버(13)의 구멍(16)에 뻗어 나게되고 이때 레버(13)를 회전 시키면된다. 따라서, 유로의 열린 상태와 닫힌 상태를 지속적으로 유지시켜 줄 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 볼밸브에 있어서, 몸체의 좌우에 삽입구를 형성하고, 상기 삽입구의 상단에 볼이 돌출되도록 스프링을 형성한, 레버고정부; 상기 레버고정부의 볼이 삽입되는 구멍을 레버에 뚫고 상기 구멍과 수직선상으로 탄력설치된 작동버튼을 장치한 레버 작동부로 구성된것을 특징으로하는 원터치식 볼밸브의 레버 고정장치.
