Abstract

본 발명은 골판지의 성형방법에 관한 것으로, 소정폭의 골판지를 공급하면서 접착제를 발라주고, 접착제가 발라진 골판지는 롤링기로 이송되어 일측의 내각기 140˚정도인 이등변 삼각형으로 배열된 삼각로울러에 의해 임의의 두께만큼 말아주도록 하고, 삼각로울러에 의해 말아진 골판지는 140˚의 각을 갖는 받침부와 성형구가 구비된 제1성형기를 통과하는 중에 사이각이 140˚인 “V”자 형으로 되도록 하고, 다시“V”자형으로 형성된 골판지를 직각의 받침부와 성형구가 구비된 제2성형기를 경유하는 중에 직각의 “L”자형으로 되도록 한 다음, 전열건조로에서 “L”자형으로 성형된 상태에서 건조되어 그 형상이 계속 유지되도록 함으로써, 말아진 골판지의 두께에 관계없이 빠르고 안정된 작업을 수행하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 소정의 길이로 절단되고 접착제 도포기(3)에 의해 접착제가 발라진 골판지를 일측의 내각이 140˚정도가 되도록 배열된 삼각 로울러(5) (6) (7)가 구비된 로링기(4)에서 둔각 삼각기둥의 형태로 감아주는 롤링공정과, 둔각 삼각기둥으로 말아진 골판지를 사이각이140˚정도인 받침부(9)로 이송시켜 역시 사이각이140˚인 성형구(10)로 눌러주는 제1성형기(8)에서“V”자형으로 형성하는 제1성형공정과, “V”자형으로 성형된 종이를 사이각이 직각인 받침부(12)로 이송시켜 역시 사이각이 직각인 성형구(13)로 눌러주는 제2성형기(11)에서 “L”자형으로 형성하는 제2성형공을 수행한 후 건조시키는 단계들에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 골판지의 성형방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 롤링기(4)에서 둔각삼각기둥의 형태로 감겨진 골판지를 사각오목부위(16a)가 일체인 받침부(16)로 이동시켜 사각돌기(17a)가 일체인 성형구(17)로 눌러주는 성형기(15)에 의해 “ㄷ”자형으로 형성한 다음 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 골판지의 성형방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 롤링기(4)에서 둔각삼각기둥의 형태로 감겨진 골판지를 양가이더(21) (21a)의 사이에 오목부(19a)가 형성된 받침부(19)로 이동시켜 편편한 성형구(20)로 눌러주는 성형기(18)에 의해 “T”자형으로 형성한 다음 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 골판지의 성형방법.
