Abstract

본 발명을 금속파이프의 내. 외부에 합성수지 파이프를 코팅시킨 코팅관을 제조하는 코팅관 제조공정 및 장치에 관한 것으로 기존의 금속파이프는 장시간 사용하면 물에 접촉되는 내측이 부식되게 되어 물의 흐름을 방지하고 녹물이 수도물에 섞여 나오게 되는 문제점이 있으며 합성수지 파이프는 부식은 되지 않으나 강도가 약하여 충격에 견디지 못하고 쉽게 파열되는 문제점이 있어 이를 해결하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 합성수지 파이프를 성형시키고 그 위에 핫코일을 절곡시켜 금속파이프를 성형시킨후 다시 금속파이프 위에 합성수지 파이프를 성형시키도록 한 것으로써 부식이 되지 않고 강도가 강하여 수도관으로 이용된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 코팅관 제조공정도, 제2도는 본 발명의 냉각 성형기 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명 파이프 성형기의 로울러 평면도, 제4도는 본 발명 파이프 성형기의 로울러 각각에 대한 측면도, 제5도는 본 발명 파이프 성형기에 의해 파이프가 성형되는 과정을 나타낸 상태도, 제6도는 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 코팅관 상태를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 합성수지로 파이프를 성형시키는 합성수지 파이프 성형공정과, 성형된 합성수지 파이프의 외측에 금속판으로 파이프를 성형시켜 금속파이프의 내측에 합성수지 파이프가 끼워지게 성형시키는 제1코팅공정과, 금속파이프의 맞닺는 부분을 용접처리하는 용접공정과, 용접이 끝난 금속파이프이 외측에 합성수지를 입혀 금속파이프의 외측에 합성수기 파이프를 성형시키는 제2코팅공정과, 제2코팅공정에서 성형된 코팅관을 길이에 맞추어 절단하는 절단 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅관 제조공정.
  2. 합성수지 파이프를 압출하는 합성수지 파이프 압출기와, 압출된 합성수지 파이프를 냉각성형시키는 성형기와, 금속판을 절곡시켜 금속파이프를 성형시키는 도중에 금속파이프의 내측에 합성수지 파이프를 위치시켜 금속 파이프를 성형시키는 파이프 성형기와, 합성수지 파이프를 감싼 금속 파이프의 맞닺는 부분을 용접처리하는 용접기와, 용접처리된 금속 파이프의 외측을 감싸는 합성수지 파이프를 압출시키는 합성수지 파이프 압출기와, 합성수지 파이프를 냉각성형시켜 코팅관을 완성하는 냉각성형기를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅관 제조공정 및 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코팅관은 금속파이프의 내.외부에 합성수지 파이프가 코팅되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅관 제조공정 및 장치.
