Abstract
본 발명은 액체 발효를 이용하여, 수설 버섯으로 얻은 GAF 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명을 활성성분으로서 GAF, 보조제로서 생약엑기스, 비타민류, 방향제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강식품 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 액체 발효를 이용하여 얻은 발효물(GAF)은 숙취제거, 간기능 보호 등에 좋은 효과가 있어서 우수한 건강식품이 된다.
