Abstract
본 발명은 85℃급 이하 발열전선의 발열체용 콤파운드 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래 발열체의 스위칭 특성을 개선하기 위하여, 조성물 내에서 발열체의 도전성에 기여하는 카본 블랙을 결정 용융온도가 비교적 낮은 극성수지에만 존재토록 불규일하게 배합하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 무극성 수지인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중 1종과 극성수지인 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메틸 메타아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 아크릴릭 에시도 수지중 1종을 50:50에서 90:10 중량비로 블랜드한 메트릭스 수지에 도전성 카본 블랙으로서 퍼니스 블랙 또는 아세틸렌브랙을 1종 또는 2종을 혼용하여 5 중량부 내지 30 중량부를, 무기 충전제로서 수산화 알루미늄, 수산화 마그네슘, 산화 아연, 클레이, 탈크, 탄산 칼슘들을 1종 또는 2종 혼용하여 5 중량부 내지 30 중량부를, 산화 방지제로서 아민류 및 그의 유도체, 페놀류 및 그의 유도체들중 1종 또는 2종 혼용하여 0.2 내지 3 중량부를, 가공조제로서 스테아린산, 파라핀 왁스, 마이크로 크리스탈린 왁스 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 들 중 1종 또는 2종을 혼용하여 1 내지 10중량부를, 가교조제로서 트리메틸롤 프로판 트리메타 아크릴레이트, 트리알릴 시아누레이트들 중 1종을 0 내지 5중량부를 충전한 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자율제어형 고분자 발열전선의 발열체용 콤파운드 조성물.
- 반바리 믹서, 트윈스쿠류 압출기, 부스니더등의 혼합설비를 이용하여 극성수지인 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 아크릴릭 에시드 중 1종에 카본블랙과 산화방지제, 가공조제, 가교조제중 일부, 무극성 수지인 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 중밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중 1종에 무기충전제와 산화방지제, 가공조제, 가교조제 중 일부를 각각 용융 배합한 후 이들을 다시 2차용융 배합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자율제어형 고분자 발열체 콤파운드 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
