Abstract

본 발명은 원료고무 100중량부에 대하여 카본블랙 20~80중량부와 지방족 또는 방향족 카르복시산의 아연염 0.5~5중량부를함유하는 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 사용되는 원료고무는 천연고무 또는 천연고무와 합성고무가 혼합된 혼합고무로서 혼합비율은 천연고무/합성고무가 50~100/0~50의 범위이며, 본 발명에 사용되는 카본블랙은 SAF(SUPER ABRASION FURNACE) 카본블랙으로서 요오드 흡착량이 100~145㎎/g이고 CTAB 표면적이 104~126㎡/g이다.
본 발명에 따른 고무조성물은 우수한 가공성능과 향상된 내마모성능을 나타내며, 이를 이용하여 고성능, 고품질의 타이어를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 원료고무 100중량부에 대하여 카본블랙 20~80중량부와 가교활성제로서 지방족 카르복시산의 아연염과 방향족 카르복시산의 아연염의 혼합물을 0.5~5중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 타이어용 고무조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원료고무는 천연고무 또는 천연고무와 합성고무의 혼합물로된 고무로서 천연고무 50~100중량부와 합성고무 0~50중량부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 SAF(SUPER ABRASION FURNACE) 카본블랙으로서 요오드 흡착량이 100~145㎎/g이고 CTAB 표면적이 104~126㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 카르복시산의 아연염과 방향족 카르복시산의 아연염의 혼합물은 지방족 카르복시산의 아연염 50~80중량%와 방향족 카르복시산의 아연염 20~50중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무조성물.
