CONSTITUTION:A carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N2SA) OF 65-84m<2>/g, a DBP absorption rate belonging to the hard class of 90-115ml/100g and a b value as defined by formula I satisfying the relationship of formula II.
