Abstract

본 발명은 승용차용 에이펙스 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 천연고무와 합성 액상 이소프렌 고무 및 스타이렌 수지가 첨가된 유화중합 SBR을 적절히 조합하고 카본블랙과 촉진제를 적절히 조합시킴으로써 가공 특성을 하락시키지 않으면서 경도를 높여주고, 영구 변형율을 적게하며 내굴곡 특성을 개선하여 고성능 타이어의 조종 안전성과 비이드내구력을 향상시킨 승용차용 에이펙스 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 원료고무로 시스-1-4-폴리이소프렌 함량이 98% 이상인 천연고무 40~90중량부, 비닐 결합이 5~20%이고, 분자량이 10,000~100,000인 합성 이소프렌 고무가 5~40중량부 및 5~40%의 스타이렌 수지가 첨가된 유화중합 SBR이 5~50중량부 함유된 승용차용 에이펙스 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원료고무 100 중량부에 대하여 요오드 흡수가가 65~90㎎/g이고, DBP 흡착가가 110~130㎖/100g인 카본블랙이 60~100중량부 함유된 승용차용 에이펙스 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고무조성물에 디페닐구아니딘, N-시클로헥실-2-벤조티아졸설펜아미드 혹은 N-터시어리-부틸-2-벤조티아졸설펜아미드가 0.1~0.4중량부 함유된 승용차용 에이펙스 고무 조성물.
