Abstract
본 발명은 분해성 골프티 제조에 적합한 고분자 조성물 및 그에 의해 성형된 분해성 골프티에 관한 것으로, 종래 목재나 플라스틱을 재료로 한 골프티의 부패 및 대량생산의 한계 내지는 환경오염등을 고려하여 이를 해결하고자 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 분해성 골프티 제조용 고분자 조성물로서의 구성성분은 55∼70wt% 천연계 전분, 또 10∼20wt%의 수용성 폴리비닐알코올(P.V.A).0.01∼0.1wt%의 광분해개시제, 20∼26wt%의 가소제 및 2∼10wt%의 첨가제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
본 발명의 고분자 조성물에 의해 성형 제조된 분해성 골프티는 대량생산 및 방수 기능과 함께 사용전의 장기간 보존은 물론 사용시 외형에 변형이 없고 특히 필요한 강도 및 제반성질에 영향을 미치지 않는다.
또, 사용후에는 토양중에서 분해 및 무해하고 오히려 비료로써의 가치를 갖는다.

Claims (6)
- 천연계 전분 55∼70wt%, 수용성 폴리비닐알코올 10∼20wt%의 광분해개시제 0.01∼0.1wt%, 가소제로 글리세롤 및 식물성 오일 20∼26wt% 및 색소, 요소등의 첨가제 2∼10wt%로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 제조용 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천연계 전분이 옥수수, 밀, 감자, 쌀 및 도토리중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 제조용 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알코올이 가수분해도가 80∼100%의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 제조용 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광분해 개시제가 철-아세테이트, 구리-아세테이트 등 전이금속 아세테이트 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 제조용 고분자 조성물.
- 옥수수, 밀, 쌀등에서 선택된 천연계 전분 55∼70wt%, 수용성 폴리비닐알코올 10∼21wt% 및 글리세롤 및 식물성 오일 20∼26wt%를 95∼100℃온도에서 30분 내지 1시간 교반후 요소 2∼10wt%, 광분해 개시제 0.01∼0.1wt%를 첨가하고 120∼140℃에서 1시간 교반 혼합하는 단계, 이를 100∼200℃에서 완전히 건조하여 분말화 또는 펠릿화하는 단계, 분말화 또는 펠릿화 원료를 압출기로 압출하고 몰드로 성형하여 골프티를 성형하는 단계, 그리고 성형된 골프티를 방수제인 혼합용액에 침지하여 표면을 방수처리하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 성형품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방수제인 혼합용액이 식물성 오일 또는 피마자유 40∼50wt%, 톨루엔디이소시아네이트 15∼20wt% 및 용매로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분해성 골프티 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
