본 고안은 음식물 찌꺼기로 인한 환경오염을 방지하기 위하여 적당한 과정을 통하여 비료화 시키는 방안이 검토되고 있는바, 본 발명은 이와같이 음식물 찌꺼기를 캬토미움3 셀룰로티쿰, 한세룰라 아노말라, 토룰롭씨스 만니토 파시엔스 및 페디오 코카스 할루필루스를 접종하여 발효시켜 유기질 비료를 제조하는 것이며 또한 비료로써 생산제공할 수 있는 장치를 제공코자 하는 것으로, 본체내에 혼합물을 분쇄하는 분쇄장치와, 분쇄된 음식물을 발효시키는 발효통을 재장하되, 발효통 중심부에 설치되는 교반익의 회전축에서 외부공기를 공급하도록 함으로써 혼합물 전체에 균일하게 외부공기를 공급하며, 혼합물을 교반하는 교반익의 구조를 개량하여 발효통의 중심에서 좌, 우 양측으로 이동하고, 다시 중심으로 이동하도록 하여 혼합물을 고르게 교반시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 발효효과를 극대화 하며, 발효시간을 단축할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.In order to prevent the environmental pollution due to food waste, the present invention has been studied to fertilize the food waste through a suitable process.
