Abstract
본 발명은 데이타의 수정이 가능한 비휘발성의 기억수단을 갖는 데이타 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, EEPROM에 기록처리실행중에 정전이 발생한 경우에도 단기간에 정전이 복귀하면 기록 데이타의 기록 처리가 확실하게 실행하도록 하며, 상용 전원(5)에서 변압기(4), 전파 정류회로(6), 평활용 콘덴서(7)를 통하여 직류출력을 받아서 정전압회로(9)에 의해 정전압을 제어회로(1)및 EEPROM(2)에 공급하며, 정전압회로(9)의 입력측에는 백업용의 콘덴서(11)가 설치되고, 정전 검출회로(12)는 변압기(4)의 이차축 출력에서 정전의 발생을 검출하고 그 검출신호를 제어회로(1)에 인가하며, 제어회로는(1)는 기록 데이타 발생하면 복수의 기록 최소단위 데이타로 나누어 EEPROM(2)에 대한 기록처리를 실행하고, 정전발생의 경우에는 기록 최소단위 데이타를 기록종료하고 나서 기록처리를 중단하여 전력공급상태에서 정전복귀하면 계속해서 기록처리를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a data processing apparatus having a non-volatile storage means capable of correcting data.
