Abstract

소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스(A)는 헤드부(H)와 헤드부(H)에 연접된 넥크부(N)으로 구성된다. 헤드부(H)는 헤드(1)의 챔버(11)내에 터빈 블레이드(2)를 갖는 터빈회전자축(3)의상기 터빈 블레이드(2)가 배치되어 있고, 헤드(1)내부에 상기 터빈회전자축(3)이 회전가능하게 베어링부(4)에 의해 지지되며, 넥크부(N)은 그 본체(6)내부에 상기 챔버(11)내의 터빈 블레이드(2)에 가압유체를 공급하는 공급로(7)와 챔버(11)내의 상기 가압유체를 배출하는 배출부(8)를 갖는다. 1개의 공급구(71)와 배출로(8)의 배출구(81)사이의 배치위치는 관계는 공급구(71)에 근접위치에 배출구(81)를 배치하도록 설정된다.

제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 소형(치과용) 공기터빈 핸드피스의 요부종단면도.
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도.
제4A도 및 제4B도는 본 발명에 의한 소형(치과용) 공기터빈 핸드피스에 적용된 제1실시예의 터빈 블레이드(blade)를 설명하는 도.
제5A도 및 제5B도는 본 발명에 의한 소형(치과용)공기터빈 핸드피스에 적용된 제2실시예의 터빈 블레이드(blade)를 설명하는 도.

Claims (16)

  1. 헤드부(H)와 헤드(1)의 챔버(11)내에 터빈 블레이드(2)를 갖는 터빈회전자축(3)의 상기 터빈 블레이드(2)가 배치되어 있고, 헤드(1)내부에 상기 터빈회전축(3)이 회전가능하게 베어링부(4)에 의해 지지된 헤드부(H), 및 상기 헤드부(H)에 연접된 넥크부(N)로 구성되고, 상기 넥크부(N)가 그 본체(6)내부에 상기 챔버(11)내의 터빈 블레이드(2)에 가압유체를 공급하는 공급로(7)과 챔버(11)내의 상기 가압유체를 배출하는 배출부(8)를 갖는 소형유체구동처빈 핸드피스(A)에 있어서, (i) 상기 공급로(7)가 1개의 공급로(71)을 갖고 (ii)상기 1개의 공급구(71)와 배출로(8)의 배출구(81)의 배치위치관계가 공급구(71)의 근방위치에 배출로(81)가 배치되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형유체구동터빈 핸드피스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(1)의 챔버(11)내에 배치된 터빈 블레이드(2)의 전체 크기가 상기 챔버(11)의 공간체적과 대략 동일한 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 블레이드의 전체크기가 터빈회전자축(3)의 축방향으로 바라본 것으로서 터빈 블레이드(2)와 챔버(11)의 상하내벽면의 간격을 (d1)으로 하고 터빈 블레이드(2)의 높이를 (h)로 한때, 상기 (d1)이 상기 (h)의 1/10이하의 크기로 하도록 설정되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 간격(d1)이 500/m이하인 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 간격 d1이 100/m∼200/m인 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 블레이드의 전체 크기가 터빈회전자축(3)의 축방향으로 바라본 것으로서 터빈 블레이드(2)와 챔버(11)의 상하내벽면(111, 112)의 간격을 (d1)으로 하고 터빈회전자축(3)의 축방향에 수직한 방향으로 바라본 것으로서 터빈 블레이드92)와 챔버(11)의 주변내측벽면(113)의 간격을 (d1)로 한때, 상기 (d1)이 상기 (d2)의 2.5배 이하의 크기로 하도록 설정되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 간격(d1)가 150/㎛인 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급로(7)의 1개의 공급구(71)가 터빈회전축(3)의 축방향으로 바라본 것으로 터빈 블레이드(2)의 높이(h)의 50%이하의 크기를 갖는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 공급로(7)의 1개의 공급구(71)과 배기로(8)의 배기구(81)사이의 배치위치 관계가 공급구(71)의 상하 또는 좌우방향의 근접위치에 배출구(81)을 배치하도록 설정되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 공급로(7)의 1개의 공급구(71)과 배출로(8)의 배출구(81)사이의 배치위치 관계가 공급구(71)의 바로위 또는 바로 아래에 배출구(81)를 배치하도록 설정되는 소형우체 구동터빈 핸트피스.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 배출구(81)의 개구면적이 1개의 공급구(71)의 개구면적보다 큰 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 공급로(7)의 1개의 공급구(71)는 공급구(71)에서의 가압유체가 터빈 회전자축(3)의 축방향으로 바라본 것으로서 터빈 블레이드(2)의 대략 중앙부분에 분사되도록 하는 위치에 배치 되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 베어링부(4)가 볼 베어링인 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 베어링부(4)가 공기 베어링인 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 헤드(11) 및 넥크부의 본체(6)가 합성수지로 구성되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치료 또는 치과 치료에 사용되고 터빈회전자축(3)에 탈착가능하게 설치되는 공구로 더 구성되는 소형유체 구동터빈 핸드피스.
