Abstract

본 발명은 프레임과의 마찰로 인하여 필터가 마모되지 않는 연료용 필터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 그 구성은 주머니형상의 메시(30)에 종프레임(34)과 횡프레임(36)으로 구성된 가요성프레임(32)이 삽입되어 있으며, 메시(30)을 중공상태로 하기 위하여 횡프레임(36)의 선단으로부터 메시(30)의 내면과 곡면에서 접촉하는 만곡부(36A)가 상하방향으로 돌출하도록 한 것이다. 따라서, 흡입파이프(28)의 흡인력으로 인하여 메시(30)의 상하면이 밀착되는 일 없이 확실하게 연료탱크내의 연료를 흡입할 수 있다. 또한 만곡부(36A)는 곡면에서 메시(30)의 내면과 접촉하기 때문에 자동차의 진동등으로 인하여 메시를 마모시키는 경우가 없다.

Claims (5)

  1. 흡입파이프가 부착되는 플랜지를 구비한 주머니형상의 메시와; 상기 플랜지에 연결되며 상기 메시안에 배치되는 가요성 프레임;으로 구성되는 연료용 필터에 있어서, 상기 프레임에서 상기 메시를 중공상태로 하기 위하여 양방향으로 돌출하며, 메시의 내면과 접촉하는 부위가 곡면으로 된 확공체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 또는 상기 프레임의 종단부중 적어도 일측에 배치되며, 상기 메시의 길이방향 단부의 내면과 접촉하는 곡면을 가지며 메시지를 중공상태로 하는 지지부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 필터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메시가 이중구조의 부직포로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 필터.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지와 상기 프레임을 가요성 연결부채로 연결하며, 상기 연결부재와 플랜지의 연결부위에 프레임과 독립한 플랜지의 이동을 허용하는 슬릿을 형성한 것을 특징으 하는 연료용 필터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재 및 상기 연결부재와 상기 프레임의 연결부 부군에 상기 메시를 중공상태로 하는 양방향으로 돌출하는 돌편을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료용 필터.
