Abstract

본 발명은 테이프의 잔량검출방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 잔량에 대한 절대적 시간을 계산하기 위해 테이프의 두께 및 총시간을 구해야 하므로써 감지시간이 길어지거나 별도의 테이프 종류 판별센서를 필요로 하는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 테이프의 두께나 총시간등의 관측없이 유도된 비례식에 의거하여 간단한 곱셈과 비교식만을 이용하여 단계적 잔량측정으로 가능하도록 함으로써 감지시간을 짧게하고, 센서를 따로 필요로 하지 않아 구조가 간단해지는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 감기릴 주기(Tt)와 공급릴 주기(Ts) 및 현재속도(V)에 맞는 상수 A(＝2πR/V)를 구해 테이프의 감는시간(tt)과 공급해주는 시간(ts)을 구하는 ts:tt(Ts－A)(Ts＋A):(Tt－A)(Ts＋A) 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 오차정도를 줄이기 위해 (ts＋A)가 1바이트(255)보다 큰가를 체크하는 제2단계와 상기 제2단계에서 (ts＋A)가 1바이트 보다 크면 잔량을 소정값(n)으로 하고 크지않으면 (tt＋A)가 1바이트보다 큰가를 체크하는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계서 (tt＋A)가 1바이트보다 크면 잔량을 1로 크지 않으면 1을 m으로두고 다음과 같은 식을 구하는 제4단계와, (n－m)(Ts-A)－m(Tt-A)(Tt＋A)＜0 상기 제4단계에서 '0'보다 작으면 잔량을 m으로 하고 크지 않으면 상기 제4단계를 반복하여 구하는 제5단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 테이프의 잔량검출방법.
